Blessed is the man who walks not in the counsel of the wicked, nor stands in the way of sinners, nor sits in the seat of scoffers. Psalm 1:1	Oh, the joys of those who do not follow the advice of the wicked, or stand around with sinners, or join in with mockers. sin righteousness blessing
When God saw what they did, how they turned from their evil way, God relented of the disaster that he had said he would do to them, and he did not do it.
