Chinese (traditional)Even so faith, if it has no works, is dead in itself. In the same way, faith by itself, if it is not accompanied by action, is dead. Even so faith, if it hath not works, is dead, being alone. So also faith by itself, if it does not have works, is dead. Thus also faith by itself, if it does not have works, is dead. So you see, faith by itself isn’t enough. Unless it produces good deeds, it is dead and useless. So faith by itself, if it has no works, is dead. In the same way, faith by itself is dead if it does not have works. And the Lord will deliver me from every evil work and will preserve me for his heavenly Kingdom. To him be the glory forever and ever. Amen. For so has the Lord commanded us, saying,
‘I have set you as a light for the Gentiles,
that you should bring salvation to the uttermost parts of the earth.’Next verse! With image
