Do not work for food that perishes but for the food that endures for eternal life, which the Son of Man will give you. For it is on him that God the Father has set his seal. We also know that the Son of God has come and given us understanding so that we can know the one who is true. And we are in the one who is true, since we are in his Son Jesus Christ. Everyone who seeks a prize submits himself to rigorous self-discipline in every respect. However, you, dear friends, must build yourselves up in your most holy faith and pray in the Holy Spirit.
