| “For I have no pleasure in the death of him who dies,” says the Lord Yahweh. “Therefore turn yourselves, and live!” | For I have no pleasure in the death of him that dieth, saith the Lord God: wherefore turn yourselves, and live ye. |
| I will put my Spirit within you, and cause you to walk in my statutes. You will keep my ordinances and do them. | And I will put my spirit within you, and cause you to walk in my statutes, and ye shall keep my judgments, and do them. |
| I will also give you a new heart, and I will put a new spirit within you. | I am Yahweh your God. Walk in my statutes, keep my ordinances, and do them. Make my Sabbaths holy. | I will magnify myself and sanctify myself, and I will make myself known in the eyes of many nations. Then they will know that I am Yahweh. | Thus will I magnify myself, and sanctify myself; and I will be known in the eyes of many nations, and they shall know that I am the Lord. |
| Return, and turn yourselves from all your transgressions, so iniquity will not be your ruin. | Repent, and turn yourselves from all your transgressions; so iniquity shall not be your ruin. |
| But if the wicked turns from all his sins that he has committed, and keeps all my statutes, and does that which is lawful and right, he shall surely live. He shall not die. | But if the wicked will turn from all his sins that he hath committed, and keep all my statutes, and do that which is lawful and right, he shall surely live, he shall not die. |
| “Have I any pleasure in the death of the wicked?” says the Lord Yahweh, “and not rather that he should return from his way, and live?” | Have I any pleasure at all that the wicked should die? saith the Lord God: and not that he should return from his ways, and live? |
| I will make them and the places around my hill a blessing. I will cause the shower to come down in its season. There will be showers of blessing. | And I will make them and the places round about my hill a blessing; and I will cause the shower to come down in his season; there shall be showers of blessing. |
| “I will sanctify my great name, which has been profaned among the nations, which you have profaned among them. Then the nations will know that I am Yahweh,” says the Lord Yahweh, “when I am proven holy in you before their eyes.” | And I will sanctify my great name, which was profaned among the heathen, which ye have profaned in the midst of them; and the heathen shall know that I am the Lord, saith the Lord God, when I shall be sanctified in you before their eyes. |
