What then shall we say to these things? If God is for us, who is against us?What shall we say about such wonderful things as these? If God is for us, who can ever be against us?
Yet I have been the Lord your God Since the land of Egypt; And you were not to know any god except Me, For there is no savior besides Me.I have been the Lord your God ever since I brought you out of Egypt. You must acknowledge no God but me, for there is no other savior.
So I will prove Myself great, show Myself holy, and make Myself known in the sight of many nations; and they will know that I am the Lord.In this way, I will show my greatness and holiness, and I will make myself known to all the nations of the world. Then they will know that I am the Lord.
Hear, Israel! The Lord is our God, the Lord is one! And you shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength.Listen, O Israel! The Lord is our God, the Lord alone. And you must love the Lord your God with all your heart, all your soul, and all your strength.
For to us God revealed them through the Spirit; for the Spirit searches all things, even the depths of God.But it was to us that God revealed these things by his Spirit. For his Spirit searches out everything and shows us God’s deep secrets.
But do not let this one fact escape your notice, beloved, that with the Lord one day is like a thousand years, and a thousand years like one day.But you must not forget this one thing, dear friends: A day is like a thousand years to the Lord, and a thousand years is like a day.
Every person is to be subject to the governing authorities. For there is no authority except from God, and those which exist are established by God.Everyone must submit to governing authorities. For all authority comes from God, and those in positions of authority have been placed there by God.
God is faithful, through whom you were called into fellowship with His Son, Jesus Christ our Lord.God will do this, for he is faithful to do what he says, and he has invited you into partnership with his Son, Jesus Christ our Lord.
The earth is the Lord’s, and all it contains, The world, and those who live in it.The earth is the Lord’s, and everything in it. The world and all its people belong to him.
Then God said, “Let Us make mankind in Our image, according to Our likeness; and let them rule over the fish of the sea and over the birds of the sky and over the livestock and over all the earth, and over every crawling thing that crawls on the earth.”Then God said, “Let us make human beings in our image, to be like us. They will reign over the fish in the sea, the birds in the sky, the livestock, all the wild animals on the earth, and the small animals that scurry along the ground.”
You adulteresses, do you not know that friendship with the world is hostility toward God? Therefore whoever wants to be a friend of the world makes himself an enemy of God.You adulterers! Don’t you realize that friendship with the world makes you an enemy of God? I say it again: If you want to be a friend of the world, you make yourself an enemy of God.
The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, and the love of God, and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit, be with you all.May the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, the love of God, and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit be with you all.
I will rejoice and be jubilant in You; I will sing praise to Your name, O Most High.I will be filled with joy because of you. I will sing praises to your name, O Most High.
It is He who reveals the profound and hidden things; He knows what is in the darkness, And the light dwells with Him.He reveals deep and mysterious things and knows what lies hidden in darkness, though he is surrounded by light.
The Almighty—we cannot find Him; He is exalted in power And He will not violate justice and abundant righteousness.We cannot imagine the power of the Almighty; but even though he is just and righteous, he does not destroy us.
For who is God, except the Lord? And who is a rock, except our God?For who is God except the Lord? Who but our God is a solid rock?
But our God is in the heavens; He does whatever He pleases.Our God is in the heavens, and he does as he wishes.
For a thousand years in Your sight Are like yesterday when it passes by, Or like a watch in the night.For you, a thousand years are as a passing day, as brief as a few night hours.
The One who builds His upper chambers in the heavens And has founded His vaulted dome over the earth, He who calls for the waters of the sea And pours them out on the face of the earth, The Lord is His name.The Lord’s home reaches up to the heavens, while its foundation is on the earth. He draws up water from the oceans and pours it down as rain on the land. The Lord is his name!
“And I will vindicate the holiness of My great name which has been profaned among the nations, which you have profaned among them. Then the nations will know that I am the Lord,” declares the Lord God, “when I show Myself holy among you in their sight.”I will show how holy my great name is—the name on which you brought shame among the nations. And when I reveal my holiness through you before their very eyes, says the Sovereign Lord, then the nations will know that I am the Lord.
And I heard a loud voice from the throne, saying, “Behold, the tabernacle of God is among the people, and He will dwell among them, and they shall be His people, and God Himself will be among them, and He will wipe away every tear from their eyes; and there will no longer be any death; there will no longer be any mourning, or crying, or pain; the first things have passed away.”I heard a loud shout from the throne, saying, “Look, God’s home is now among his people! He will live with them, and they will be his people. God himself will be with them. He will wipe every tear from their eyes, and there will be no more death or sorrow or crying or pain. All these things are gone forever.”
And behold, a voice from the heavens said, “This is My beloved Son, with whom I am well pleased.”And a voice from heaven said, “This is my dearly loved Son, who brings me great joy.”
This is the word of the Lord to Zerubbabel, saying, ‘Not by might nor by power, but by My Spirit,’ says the Lord of armies.This is what the Lord says to Zerubbabel: It is not by force nor by strength, but by my Spirit, says the Lord of Heaven’s Armies.
You believe that God is one. You do well; the demons also believe, and shudder.You say you have faith, for you believe that there is one God. Good for you! Even the demons believe this, and they tremble in terror.
And to love Him with all the heart, and with all the understanding, and with all the strength, and to love one’s neighbor as oneself, is much more than all the burnt offerings and sacrifices.And I know it is important to love him with all my heart and all my understanding and all my strength, and to love my neighbor as myself. This is more important than to offer all of the burnt offerings and sacrifices required in the law.
