Isaiah 51 - NCB & ESV

I, I alone, am the one who comforts you. Why then do you fear mortal men who must die, human beings who must perish like grass?

I, I am he who comforts you; who are you that you are afraid of man who dies, of the son of man who is made like grass.

Bible verse of the day

The Lord is my light and my salvation;
whom should I fear?
The Lord is the stronghold of my life;
of whom should I be afraid?

Rather, be kind to one another and compassionate, and forgive one another as God has forgiven you in Christ.
