We all stumble in many ways. Anyone who is never at fault in what they say is perfect, able to keep their whole body in check. | For in many things we offend all. If any man offend not in word, the same is a perfect man, and able also to bridle the whole body. |
Out of the same mouth come praise and cursing. My brothers and sisters, this should not be. | Out of the same mouth proceedeth blessing and cursing. My brethren, these things ought not so to be. |

Who is wise and understanding among you? Let them show it by their good life, by deeds done in the humility that comes from wisdom. | Who is a wise man and endued with knowledge among you? let him shew out of a good conversation his works with meekness of wisdom. |
For where you have envy and selfish ambition, there you find disorder and every evil practice. | For where envying and strife is, there is confusion and every evil work. |
But the wisdom that comes from heaven is first of all pure; then peace-loving, considerate, submissive, full of mercy and good fruit, impartial and sincere. | But the wisdom that is from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, and easy to be intreated, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality, and without hypocrisy. |
Peacemakers who sow in peace reap a harvest of righteousness. | And the fruit of righteousness is sown in peace of them that make peace. |
