Indeed, persecution will afflict all who want to lead a godly life in Christ Jesus. 2 Timothy 3:12	Yes, and all who desire to live godly in Christ Jesus will suffer persecution. life persecution
The angel answered, “The Holy Spirit will come upon you, and the power of the Most High will overshadow you. Without any doubt, the mystery of our religion is great: He was made visible in the flesh, vindicated by the Spirit, seen by angels, proclaimed to the Gentiles, believed in throughout the world, taken up in glory. 1 Timothy 3:16	And without controversy great is the mystery of godliness: God was manifested in the flesh, Justified in the Spirit, Seen by angels, Preached among the Gentiles, Believed on in the world, Received up in glory. I want their hearts to be encouraged and united in love so that they may grow rich in their complete understanding as they come to the knowledge of the mystery of God, that is, Christ. All I want is to come to know Christ and the power of his resurrection and to share in his sufferings by becoming conformed to his death. Exalted at God’s right hand, he received from the Father the promise of the Holy Spirit and has poured out what you now see and hear. However, you, dear friends, must build yourselves up in your most holy faith and pray in the Holy Spirit. Keep yourselves in the love of God as you await our Lord Jesus Christ in his mercy, who will grant you eternal life. Therefore, do not allow anyone to pass judgment on you in regard to what you eat or drink, or about the observance of Festivals, New Moons, or Sabbaths. These are only a shadow of what is to come. The reality is Christ. He has rescued us from the power of darkness and brought us into the kingdom of his beloved Son, in whom we have redemption, the forgiveness of sins.
