In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. John 1:1	In the beginning the Word already existed. The Word was with God, and the Word was God. God Word of God
All things came into being through Him, and apart from Him not even one thing came into being that has come into being. John 1:3	God created everything through him, and nothing was created except through him. Word of God creation life

And the Light shines in the darkness, and the darkness did not grasp it. John 1:5	The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness can never extinguish it. evil overcoming light
But as many as received Him, to them He gave the right to become children of God, to those who believe in His name. John 1:12	But to all who believed him and accepted him, he gave the right to become children of God. faith Father children
And the Word became flesh, and dwelt among us; and we saw His glory, glory as of the only Son from the Father, full of grace and truth. John 1:14	So the Word became human and made his home among us. He was full of unfailing love and faithfulness. And we have seen his glory, the glory of the Father’s one and only Son. truth Jesus Word of God
No one has seen God at any time; God the only Son, who is in the arms of the Father, He has explained Him. John 1:18	No one has ever seen God. But the unique One, who is himself God, is near to the Father’s heart. He has revealed God to us. Jesus Father nearness
And I did not recognize Him, but He who sent me to baptize in water said to me, ‘He upon whom you see the Spirit descending and remaining upon Him, this is the One who baptizes in the Holy Spirit.’ John 1:33	I didn’t know he was the one, but when God sent me to baptize with water, he told me, ‘The one on whom you see the Spirit descend and rest is the one who will baptize with the Holy Spirit.’ Jesus Spirit baptism
