I am the true grapevine, and my Father is the gardener. He cuts off every branch of mine that doesn’t produce fruit, and he prunes the branches that do bear fruit so they will produce even more. John 15:1-2	I am the true vine, and my Father is the vinegrower. He removes every branch that does not bear fruit, and every branch that does he prunes to make it bear even more. fruitfulness sin obedience

Yes, I am the vine; you are the branches. Those who remain in me, and I in them, will produce much fruit. For apart from me you can do nothing. John 15:5	I am the vine, you are the branches. Whoever abides in me, and I in him, will bear much fruit. Apart from me you can do nothing. reward Jesus dependence
But if you remain in me and my words remain in you, you may ask for anything you want, and it will be granted! John 15:7	If you abide in me and my words abide in you, you may ask for whatever you wish, and it will be done for you. reward Jesus Word of God
When you produce much fruit, you are my true disciples. This brings great glory to my Father. John 15:8	By this is my Father glorified, that you bear much fruit and become my disciples. Father following evangelism
When you obey my commandments, you remain in my love, just as I obey my Father’s commandments and remain in his love. John 15:10	If you keep my commandments, you will remain in my love, just as I have kept my Father’s commandments and remain in his love. law love Jesus

There is no greater love than to lay down one’s life for one’s friends. John 15:13	No one can have greater love than to lay down his life for his friends. love sacrifice friendship
You didn’t choose me. I chose you. I appointed you to go and produce lasting fruit, so that the Father will give you whatever you ask for, using my name. John 15:16	You did not choose me. Rather, I chose you. And I appointed you to go out and bear fruit, fruit that will remain, so that the Father may give you whatever you ask him in my name. obedience prayer calling
