But now the righteousness of God has been manifested apart from the law, although the Law and the Prophets bear witness to it— the righteousness of God through faith in Jesus Christ for all who believe. For there is no distinction.But now the righteousness of God without the law is manifested, being witnessed by the law and the prophets; Even the righteousness of God which is by faith of Jesus Christ unto all and upon all them that believe: for there is no difference.
For this is the message that you have heard from the beginning, that we should love one another.For this is the message that ye heard from the beginning, that we should love one another.
“You shall not murder, You shall not commit adultery, You shall not steal, You shall not bear false witness, Honor your father and mother, and, You shall love your neighbor as yourself.”Thou shalt do no murder, Thou shalt not commit adultery, Thou shalt not steal, Thou shalt not bear false witness, Honour thy father and thy mother: and, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.
So he was there with the Lord forty days and forty nights. He neither ate bread nor drank water. We ourselves are Jews by birth and not Gentile sinners; yet we know that a person is not justified by works of the law but through faith in Jesus Christ, so we also have believed in Christ Jesus, in order to be justified by faith in Christ and not by works of the law, because by works of the law no one will be justified.We who are Jews by nature, and not sinners of the Gentiles, Knowing that a man is not justified by the works of the law, but by the faith of Jesus Christ, even we have believed in Jesus Christ, that we might be justified by the faith of Christ, and not by the works of the law: for by the works of the law shall no flesh be justified.
In the way of your testimonies I delight as much as in all riches.I have rejoiced in the way of thy testimonies, as much as in all riches.
I hasten and do not delay to keep your commandments.I made haste, and delayed not to keep thy commandments.
We have sinned and done wrong and acted wickedly and rebelled, turning aside from your commandments and rules.We have sinned, and have committed iniquity, and have done wickedly, and have rebelled, even by departing from thy precepts and from thy judgments.
A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another: just as I have loved you, you also are to love one another.A new commandment I give unto you, That ye love one another; as I have loved you, that ye also love one another.
“If you will diligently listen to the voice of the Lord your God, and do that which is right in his eyes, and give ear to his commandments and keep all his statutes, I will put none of the diseases on you that I put on the Egyptians, for I am the Lord, your healer.”If thou wilt diligently hearken to the voice of the Lord thy God, and wilt do that which is right in his sight, and wilt give ear to his commandments, and keep all his statutes, I will put none of these diseases upon thee, which I have brought upon the Egyptians: for I am the Lord that healeth thee.
I will never forget your precepts, for by them you have given me life.I will never forget thy precepts: for with them thou hast quickened me.
In the path of your judgments, O Lord, we wait for you; your name and remembrance are the desire of our soul.Yea, in the way of thy judgments, O Lord, have we waited for thee; the desire of our soul is to thy name, and to the remembrance of thee.
But the one who looks into the perfect law, the law of liberty, and perseveres, being no hearer who forgets but a doer who acts, he will be blessed in his doing.But whoso looketh into the perfect law of liberty, and continueth therein, he being not a forgetful hearer, but a doer of the work, this man shall be blessed in his deed.
The law of the Lord is perfect, reviving the soul; the testimony of the Lord is sure, making wise the simple.The law of the Lord is perfect, converting the soul: the testimony of the Lord is sure, making wise the simple.
Whoever keeps his commandments abides in God, and God in him. And by this we know that he abides in us, by the Spirit whom he has given us.And he that keepeth his commandments dwelleth in him, and he in him. And hereby we know that he abideth in us, by the Spirit which he hath given us.
Honor your father and mother, and, You shall love your neighbor as yourself.Honour thy father and thy mother: and, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.
Praise the Lord! Blessed is the man who fears the Lord, who greatly delights in his commandments!Praise ye the Lord. Blessed is the man that feareth the Lord, that delighteth greatly in his commandments.
Hear, O Israel: The Lord our God, the Lord is one. You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your might.Hear, O Israel: The Lord our God is one Lord: And thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thine heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy might.
Hear, my son, and accept my words, that the years of your life may be many.Hear, O my son, and receive my sayings; and the years of thy life shall be many.
If you keep my commandments, you will abide in my love, just as I have kept my Father's commandments and abide in his love.If ye keep my commandments, ye shall abide in my love; even as I have kept my Father's commandments, and abide in his love.
Now may the God of peace who brought again from the dead our Lord Jesus, the great shepherd of the sheep, by the blood of the eternal covenant, equip you with everything good that you may do his will, working in us that which is pleasing in his sight, through Jesus Christ, to whom be glory forever and ever. Amen.Now the God of peace, that brought again from the dead our Lord Jesus, that great shepherd of the sheep, through the blood of the everlasting covenant, Make you perfect in every good work to do his will, working in you that which is wellpleasing in his sight, through Jesus Christ; to whom be glory for ever and ever. Amen.
And I shall walk in a wide place, for I have sought your precepts.And I will walk at liberty: for I seek thy precepts.
I will praise you with an upright heart, when I learn your righteous rules.I will praise thee with uprightness of heart, when I shall have learned thy righteous judgments.
But if a wicked person turns away from all his sins that he has committed and keeps all my statutes and does what is just and right, he shall surely live; he shall not die.But if the wicked will turn from all his sins that he hath committed, and keep all my statutes, and do that which is lawful and right, he shall surely live, he shall not die.
