What blessings await you when people hate you and exclude you and mock you and curse you as evil because you follow the Son of Man. Luke 6:22	Blessed are you when the people hate you, and when they exclude you, and insult you, and scorn your name as evil, on account of the Son of Man. blessing persecution evil
But to you who are willing to listen, I say, love your enemies! Do good to those who hate you. Bless those who curse you. Pray for those who hurt you. Luke 6:27-28	But I say to you who hear, love your enemies, do good to those who hate you, bless those who curse you, pray for those who are abusive to you. obedience blessing prayer

Give to anyone who asks; and when things are taken away from you, don’t try to get them back. Luke 6:30	Give to everyone who asks of you, and whoever takes away what is yours, do not demand it back. debt giving generosity
And if you do good only to those who do good to you, why should you get credit? Even sinners do that much! Luke 6:33	And if you do good to those who do good to you, what credit is that to you? For even sinners do the same. righteousness reward
You must be compassionate, just as your Father is compassionate. Luke 6:36	Be merciful, just as your Father is merciful. goodness neighbor Father
Do not judge others, and you will not be judged. Do not condemn others, or it will all come back against you. Forgive others, and you will be forgiven. Luke 6:37	Do not judge, and you will not be judged; and do not condemn, and you will not be condemned; pardon, and you will be pardoned. judgment forgiveness
Give, and you will receive. Your gift will return to you in full—pressed down, shaken together to make room for more, running over, and poured into your lap. The amount you give will determine the amount you get back. Luke 6:38	Give, and it will be given to you. They will pour into your lap a good measure—pressed down, shaken together, and running over. For by your standard of measure it will be measured to you in return. reward giving receiving
A good person produces good things from the treasury of a good heart, and an evil person produces evil things from the treasury of an evil heart. What you say flows from what is in your heart. Luke 6:45	The good person out of the good treasure of his heart brings forth what is good; and the evil person out of the evil treasure brings forth what is evil; for his mouth speaks from that which fills his heart. sin speaking blessing
