- Jesus answered, “It is written: ‘Man shall not live on bread alone, but on every word that comes from the mouth of God.’”
- From that time on Jesus began to preach, “Repent, for the kingdom of heaven has come near.”
- “Come, follow me,” Jesus said, “and I will send you out to fish for people.”
- Jesus went throughout Galilee, teaching in their synagogues, proclaiming the good news of the kingdom, and healing every disease and sickness among the people.
Jesus said to her, “I am the resurrection and the life. The one who believes in me will live, even though they die; and whoever lives by believing in me will never die. Do you believe this?” Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God.
