- Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.

- Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.
- But when you pray, go into your room, close the door and pray to your Father, who is unseen. Then your Father, who sees what is done in secret, will reward you.
- And when you pray, do not keep on babbling like pagans, for they think they will be heard because of their many words.
Paul said, “John’s baptism was a baptism of repentance. He told the people to believe in the one coming after him, that is, in Jesus.” But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control.
