- But those who hope in the Lord
will renew their strength.
They will soar on wings like eagles;
they will run and not grow weary,
they will walk and not be faint. - Therefore encourage one another and build each other up, just as in fact you are doing.
- The Lord himself goes before you and will be with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged.
- When you pass through the waters,
I will be with you;
and when you pass through the rivers,
they will not sweep over you.
When you walk through the fire,
you will not be burned;

where does my help come from?
My help comes from the Lord,
the Maker of heaven and earth. - Therefore, my dear brothers and sisters, stand firm. Let nothing move you. Always give yourselves fully to the work of the Lord, because you know that your labor in the Lord is not in vain.
- I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go;
I will counsel you with my loving eye on you. - Be strong and take heart,
all you who hope in the Lord. - And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds, not giving up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but encouraging one another—and all the more as you see the Day approaching.

- May the God who gives endurance and encouragement give you the same attitude of mind toward each other that Christ Jesus had.
- May the favor of the Lord our God rest on us;
establish the work of our hands for us—
yes, establish the work of our hands. - Are not five sparrows sold for two pennies? Yet not one of them is forgotten by God. Indeed, the very hairs of your head are all numbered. Don’t be afraid; you are worth more than many sparrows.
- Therefore we do not lose heart. Though outwardly we are wasting away, yet inwardly we are being renewed day by day.
- Each of us should please our neighbors for their good, to build them up.
For if the willingness is there, the gift is acceptable according to what one has, not according to what one does not have.So if the Son sets you free, you will be free indeed.
