Salvation (2/4)

Even though the fig tree does not blossom and there is no fruit on the vines, even though the olive crop will fail and the orchards will yield no food, even though the flock is cut off from the fold and there is no herd in the stalls, I will continue to rejoice in the Lord, and exult in the God of my salvation.Although the fig tree shall not blossom, neither shall fruit be in the vines; the labour of the olive shall fail, and the fields shall yield no meat; the flock shall be cut off from the fold, and there shall be no herd in the stalls: Yet I will rejoice in the Lord, I will joy in the God of my salvation.
Because in my eyes you are precious, because you are honored and I love you, I will give people in exchange for you and nations in return for your life.Since thou wast precious in my sight, thou hast been honourable, and I have loved thee: therefore will I give men for thee, and people for thy life.
Indeed, “everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.”For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.
My deliverance and my glory depend on God; he is my mighty rock and my refuge. In God is my salvation and my glory: the rock of my strength, and my refuge, is in God.
I am the gate. Anyone who enters through me will be saved. He will go in and out and will find pasture.I am the door: by me if any man enter in, he shall be saved, and shall go in and out, and find pasture.
Indeed, the message of the cross is foolishness to those who are perishing, but to us who are being saved it is the power of God.For the preaching of the cross is to them that perish foolishness; but unto us which are saved it is the power of God.
When the command is given, at the sound of the archangel’s voice and the call of God’s trumpet, the Lord himself will descend from heaven, and those who have died in Christ will be the first to rise. Then those of us who are still alive and are left will be caught up together with them on clouds in the air to meet the Lord. And so, we will be with the Lord forever. For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first: Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.
For God so loved the world that he gave his only Son, so that everyone who believes in him may not perish but may attain eternal life. For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
Whoever possesses the Son possesses life; whoever does not possess the Son of God does not possess life.He that hath the Son hath life; and he that hath not the Son of God hath not life.
But whoever endures to the end will be saved. But he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved.
I will give you a new heart and place a new spirit within you. I will remove from your body a heart of stone and give you a heart of flesh in its place.A new heart also will I give you, and a new spirit will I put within you: and I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you an heart of flesh.
I love you, O Lord, my strength, O Lord, my rock, my fortress, my deliverer. My God is my rock in whom I take refuge, my shield and the horn of my salvation, my stronghold.I will love thee, O Lord, my strength. The Lord is my rock, and my fortress, and my deliverer; my God, my strength, in whom I will trust; my buckler, and the horn of my salvation, and my high tower.
Therefore, he has the full power to save those who approach God through him, since he lives forever to intercede for them.Wherefore he is able also to save them to the uttermost that come unto God by him, seeing he ever liveth to make intercession for them.
In other words, God was in Christ, reconciling the world to himself, and not holding people’s transgressions against them, and he committed to us the message of reconciliation. To wit, that God was in Christ, reconciling the world unto himself, not imputing their trespasses unto them; and hath committed unto us the word of reconciliation.
And now, brethren, I want to remind you of the gospel I proclaimed to you, which you received and in which you stand firm. Through it you are also being saved, provided that you are holding fast to what I proclaimed to you. If not, then you have believed in vain. Moreover, brethren, I declare unto you the gospel which I preached unto you, which also ye have received, and wherein ye stand; By which also ye are saved, if ye keep in memory what I preached unto you, unless ye have believed in vain.
For whoever wishes to save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for my sake will find it.For whosoever will save his life shall lose it: and whosoever will lose his life for my sake shall find it.
The righteous call out, and the Lord hears them; he rescues them from all their troubles. The Lord remains close to the brokenhearted, and he saves those whose spirit is crushed. The righteous cry, and the Lord heareth, and delivereth them out of all their troubles. The Lord is nigh unto them that are of a broken heart; and saveth such as be of a contrite spirit.
Heal me, O Lord, and I will be healed; save me, and I will be saved; you are the one whom I praise.Heal me, O Lord, and I shall be healed; save me, and I shall be saved: for thou art my praise.
But our citizenship is in heaven, and from there we await our Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ. For our conversation is in heaven; from whence also we look for the Saviour, the Lord Jesus Christ.
A thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy. I have come that they may have life, and have it in abundance. The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.
The Lord redeems the lives of those who serve him; no one will be condemned who takes refuge in him.The Lord redeemeth the soul of his servants: and none of them that trust in him shall be desolate.
For the Lord is our judge, the Lord is our lawgiver. The Lord is our king; he is the one who will save us.For the Lord is our judge, the Lord is our lawgiver, the Lord is our king; he will save us.
For just as through the disobedience of one man the many were made sinners, so by the obedience of one man the many will be made righteous. For as by one man's disobedience many were made sinners, so by the obedience of one shall many be made righteous.
As far as the east is from the west, so far has he removed our transgressions from us.As far as the east is from the west, so far hath he removed our transgressions from us.
For I know that through your prayers and with the help of the Spirit of Jesus Christ this will result in deliverance for me.For I know that this shall turn to my salvation through your prayer, and the supply of the Spirit of Jesus Christ.

Guide me in your truth and instruct me, for you are God, my Savior, and in you I hope all the day long.Lead me in thy truth, and teach me: for thou art the God of my salvation; on thee do I wait all the day.

Bible verse of the day

Behold, he is coming with the clouds;
every eye will see him,
even those who pierced him.
All the peoples of the earth will mourn him.
So shall it be. Amen.
