Surely no one can refuse the water for these to be baptized, who have received the Holy Spirit just as we did, can he? | Can any man forbid water, that these should not be baptized, which have received the Holy Ghost as well as we? |

Paul said, “John baptized with a baptism of repentance, telling the people to believe in Him who was coming after him, that is, in Jesus.” | Then said Paul, John verily baptized with the baptism of repentance, saying unto the people, that they should believe on him which should come after him, that is, on Christ Jesus. |
