Believe (2/2)

He who believes in the Son has everlasting life; and he who does not believe the Son shall not see life, but the wrath of God abides on him.Whoever believes in the Son has eternal life; whoever disobeys the Son will not see life, but must endure God's wrath.
I would have lost heart, unless I had believed That I would see the goodness of the Lord In the land of the living.I believe that I shall see the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living.
And we have known and believed the love that God has for us. God is love, and he who abides in love abides in God, and God in him.So we have known and believe the love that God has for us. God is love, and those who abide in love abide in God, and God abides in them.
For Christ is the end of the law for righteousness to everyone who believes. For Christ is the end of the law so that there may be righteousness for everyone who believes.
Whom having not seen you love. Though now you do not see Him, yet believing, you rejoice with joy inexpressible and full of glory, receiving the end of your faith—the salvation of your souls.Although you have not seen him, you love him; and even though you do not see him now, you believe in him and rejoice with an indescribable and glorious joy, for you are receiving the outcome of your faith, the salvation of your souls.
For assuredly, I say to you, whoever says to this mountain, ‘Be removed and be cast into the sea,’ and does not doubt in his heart, but believes that those things he says will be done, he will have whatever he says.Truly I tell you, if you say to this mountain, ‘Be taken up and thrown into the sea,’ and if you do not doubt in your heart, but believe that what you say will come to pass, it will be done for you.
And whatever things you ask in prayer, believing, you will receive.Whatever you ask for in prayer with faith, you will receive.
Who is he who overcomes the world, but he who believes that Jesus is the Son of God?Who is it that conquers the world but the one who believes that Jesus is the Son of God?
Therefore let it be known to you, brethren, that through this Man is preached to you the forgiveness of sins; and by Him everyone who believes is justified from all things from which you could not be justified by the law of Moses.Let it be known to you therefore, my brothers, that through this man forgiveness of sins is proclaimed to you; by this Jesus everyone who believes is set free from all those sins from which you could not be freed by the law of Moses.
Let us therefore be diligent to enter that rest, lest anyone fall according to the same example of disobedience.Let us therefore make every effort to enter that rest, so that no one may fall through such disobedience as theirs.
But let him ask in faith, with no doubting, for he who doubts is like a wave of the sea driven and tossed by the wind. But ask in faith, never doubting, for the one who doubts is like a wave of the sea, driven and tossed by the wind.
For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. For one believes with the heart and so is justified, and one confesses with the mouth and so is saved.
Let no one despise your youth, but be an example to the believers in word, in conduct, in love, in spirit, in faith, in purity.Let no one despise your youth, but set the believers an example in speech and conduct, in love, in faith, in purity.
Moreover, brethren, I declare to you the gospel which I preached to you, which also you received and in which you stand, by which also you are saved, if you hold fast that word which I preached to you—unless you believed in vain. Now I would remind you, brothers and sisters, of the good news that I proclaimed to you, which you in turn received, in which also you stand, through which also you are being saved, if you hold firmly to the message that I proclaimed to you—unless you have come to believe in vain.
And when you pray, do not use vain repetitions as the heathen do. For they think that they will be heard for their many words. When you are praying, do not heap up empty phrases as the Gentiles do; for they think that they will be heard because of their many words.
For the love of Christ compels us, because we judge thus: that if One died for all, then all died; and He died for all, that those who live should live no longer for themselves, but for Him who died for them and rose again. For the love of Christ urges us on, because we are convinced that one has died for all; therefore all have died. And he died for all, so that those who live might live no longer for themselves, but for him who died and was raised for them.
We who are Jews by nature, and not sinners of the Gentiles, knowing that a man is not justified by the works of the law but by faith in Jesus Christ, even we have believed in Christ Jesus, that we might be justified by faith in Christ and not by the works of the law; for by the works of the law no flesh shall be justified. We ourselves are Jews by birth and not Gentile sinners; yet we know that a person is justified not by the works of the law but through faith in Jesus Christ. And we have come to believe in Christ Jesus, so that we might be justified by faith in Christ, and not by doing the works of the law, because no one will be justified by the works of the law.
Then Jesus said to those Jews who believed Him, “If you abide in My word, you are My disciples indeed. And you shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.”Then Jesus said to the Jews who had believed in him, “If you continue in my word, you are truly my disciples; and you will know the truth, and the truth will make you free.”
Therefore He who supplies the Spirit to you and works miracles among you, does He do it by the works of the law, or by the hearing of faith?Well then, does God supply you with the Spirit and work miracles among you by your doing the works of the law, or by your believing what you heard?
