For thus says the One who is high and exalted, who lives eternally and whose name is holy: I dwell in a high and holy place but I am with the contrite and the humble, to revive the spirit of the humble and to revive the heart of the contrite.For thus says the One who is high and lifted up, who inhabits eternity, whose name is Holy: “I dwell in the high and holy place, and also with him who is of a contrite and lowly spirit, to revive the spirit of the lowly, and to revive the heart of the contrite.”

There is nothing hidden that will not be disclosed, and nothing secret that will not become known.Nothing is covered up that will not be revealed, or hidden that will not be known.
But even so the Lord is waiting to be gracious to you, and he will rise up to grant you his compassion.
