I look up to the mountains— does my help come from there? My help comes from the Lord, who made heaven and earth! | I will lift up my eyes to the hills— From whence comes my help? My help comes from the Lord, Who made heaven and earth. |

All these vile things come from within; they are what defile you.” | And He said, “What comes out of a man, that defiles a man. All these evil things come from within and defile a man.” |

For as the lightning flashes in the east and shines to the west, so it will be when the Son of Man comes. | Therefore if they say to you, ‘Look, He is in the desert!’ do not go out; or ‘Look, He is in the inner rooms!’ do not believe it. For as the lightning comes from the east and flashes to the west, so also will the coming of the Son of Man be. |
