Don’t you perceive that whatever goes into the man from outside can’t defile him, because it doesn’t go into his heart, but into his stomach, then into the latrine, making all foods clean?”And he said to them, “Then are you also without understanding? Do you not see that whatever goes into a person from outside cannot defile him, since it enters not his heart but his stomach, and is expelled?” (Thus he declared all foods clean.)
“For I know the thoughts that I think toward you,” says Yahweh, “thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future.”For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans for welfare and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope.
“Have I any pleasure in the death of the wicked?” says the Lord Yahweh, “and not rather that he should return from his way, and live?”Have I any pleasure in the death of the wicked, declares the Lord God, and not rather that he should turn from his way and live?
Therefore tell them, ‘The Lord Yahweh says: “None of my words will be deferred any more, but the word which I speak will be performed,” says the Lord Yahweh.’Therefore say to them, Thus says the Lord God: None of my words will be delayed any longer, but the word that I speak will be performed, declares the Lord God.

‘Return to me,’ says Yahweh of Armies, ‘and I will return to you,’ says Yahweh of Armies.Return to me, says the Lord of hosts, and I will return to you, says the Lord of hosts.
