The one who sows in his flesh will reap a harvest of corruption, but the one who sows in the Spirit will reap from the Spirit the reward of eternal life. For the one who sows to his own flesh will from the flesh reap corruption, but the one who sows to the Spirit will from the Spirit reap eternal life.
If you confess with your lips, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.Because, if you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.
Who has performed these deeds and accomplished this? Who has summoned the nations from the beginning? I, the Lord, am the first, and I will be there with the last.Who has performed and done this, calling the generations from the beginning? I, the Lord, the first, and with the last; I am he.
All you need to do is to say ‘Yes’ if you mean ‘Yes’ and ‘No’ if you mean ‘No.’ Anything beyond this comes from the evil one.Let what you say be simply ‘Yes’ or ‘No’; anything more than this comes from evil.
Until a spirit from on high is poured out upon us, and the wilderness becomes an orchard and the fruitful field becomes a forest.Until the Spirit is poured upon us from on high, and the wilderness becomes a fruitful field, and the fruitful field is deemed a forest.
The Lord God said, “Behold, man has become like one of us, for he has knowledge of that which is good and that which is evil. Now, we must prevent him from reaching out and taking the fruit of the tree of life lest he eat it and live forever.” The Lord God cast him out of the Garden of Eden; henceforth he was to labor tilling the soil from which he had come. Then the Lord God said, “Behold, the man has become like one of us in knowing good and evil. Now, lest he reach out his hand and take also of the tree of life and eat, and live forever—” therefore the Lord God sent him out from the garden of Eden to work the ground from which he was taken.
Who then can separate us from the love of Christ? Will hardship, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or danger, or the sword?Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or danger, or sword?
The Lord will rescue me from every evil attack and bring me safely into his heavenly kingdom. To him be glory forever and ever. Amen. The Lord will rescue me from every evil deed and bring me safely into his heavenly kingdom. To him be the glory forever and ever. Amen.
He gave himself for us in order to deliver us from all iniquity and to purify for himself a people as his own who are eager to do good.Who gave himself for us to redeem us from all lawlessness and to purify for himself a people for his own possession who are zealous for good works.
However, now that you have been freed from sin and bound to the service of God, the benefit you receive is sanctification, and the end is eternal life. But now that you have been set free from sin and have become slaves of God, the fruit you get leads to sanctification and its end, eternal life.
So then, faith comes from what is heard, and what is heard comes through the word of Christ. So faith comes from hearing, and hearing through the word of Christ.
Everyone who sins comes from the devil, for the devil has been a sinner from the very beginning. The Son of God appeared for this very purpose: to destroy the work of the devil.Whoever makes a practice of sinning is of the devil, for the devil has been sinning from the beginning. The reason the Son of God appeared was to destroy the works of the devil.
He is the head of the body, that is, the Church. He is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead, so that in every way he should be supreme. And he is the head of the body, the church. He is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead, that in everything he might be preeminent.
Just as he came forth naked from his mother’s womb, so shall he depart, naked as he came, with nothing remaining from his labor that he can carry away in his hands. As he came from his mother's womb he shall go again, naked as he came, and shall take nothing for his toil that he may carry away in his hand.
For from him and through him and for him are all things. To him be glory forever. Amen. For from him and through him and to him are all things. To him be glory forever. Amen.

However, if we live in the light as he himself is in the light, then we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus his Son purifies us from all sin.But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus his Son cleanses us from all sin.
When God saw by their actions that they had turned from their evil ways, he relented and did not inflict upon them the punishment that he had threatened. When God saw what they did, how they turned from their evil way, God relented of the disaster that he had said he would do to them, and he did not do it.

It does not come from works, so that no one can boast. For by grace you have been saved through faith.
