So if someone tells you, ‘Look, the Messiah is out in the desert,’ don’t bother to go and look. Or, ‘Look, he is hiding here,’ don’t believe it! It will be only for those who walk in God’s ways; fools will never walk there. There is more than enough room in my Father’s home. If this were not so, would I have told you that I am going to prepare a place for you? We all come to the end of our lives as naked and empty-handed as on the day we were born. We can’t take our riches with us. A newly married man must not be drafted into the army or be given any other official responsibilities. He must be free to spend one year at home, bringing happiness to the wife he has married. When you go through deep waters, I will be with you. When you go through rivers of difficulty, you will not drown. When you walk through the fire of oppression, you will not be burned up; the flames will not consume you. People who accept discipline are on the pathway to life, but those who ignore correction will go astray. Proverbs 10:17	Whoever heeds instruction is on the path to life, but one who rejects a rebuke goes astray. obedience life listening
As they strained to see him rising into heaven, two white-robed men suddenly stood among them. “Men of Galilee,” they said, “why are you standing here staring into heaven? Jesus has been taken from you into heaven, but someday he will return from heaven in the same way you saw him go!” Acts 1:10-11	While he was going and they were gazing up toward heaven, suddenly two men in white robes stood by them. They said, “Men of Galilee, why do you stand looking up toward heaven? Well then, since God’s grace has set us free from the law, does that mean we can go on sinning? Of course not! Romans 6:15	What then? Should we sin because we are not under law but under grace? By no means! sin grace law
Yes, I came from the Father into the world, and now I will leave the world and return to the Father. John 16:28	I came from the Father and have come into the world; again, I am leaving the world and am going to the Father. Father world ascension
You must not misuse the name of the Lord your God. The Lord will not let you go unpunished if you misuse his name. Deuteronomy 5:11	You shall not make wrongful use of the name of the Lord your God, for the Lord will not acquit anyone who misuses his name. law punishment
So we are lying if we say we have fellowship with God but go on living in spiritual darkness; we are not practicing the truth. 1 John 1:6	If we say that we have fellowship with him while we are walking in darkness, we lie and do not do what is true. sin honesty truth
If you obey all the decrees and commands I am giving you today, all will be well with you and your children. I am giving you these instructions so you will enjoy a long life in the land the Lord your God is giving you for all time. Deuteronomy 4:40	Keep his statutes and his commandments, which I am commanding you today for your own well-being and that of your descendants after you, so that you may long remain in the land that the Lord your God is giving you for all time. law obedience blessing
So be strong and courageous! Do not be afraid and do not panic before them. For the Lord your God will personally go ahead of you. He will neither fail you nor abandon you. Deuteronomy 31:6	Be strong and bold; have no fear or dread of them, because it is the Lord your God who goes with you; he will not fail you or forsake you. reliability fear protection
Dear friend, I hope all is well with you and that you are as healthy in body as you are strong in spirit. 3 John 1:2	Beloved, I pray that all may go well with you and that you may be in good health, just as it is well with your soul. blessing prayer soul
Oh, that they would always have hearts like this, that they might fear me and obey all my commands! If they did, they and their descendants would prosper forever. Deuteronomy 5:29	If only they had such a mind as this, to fear me and to keep all my commandments always, so that it might go well with them and with their children forever! law obedience blessing
Observe the requirements of the Lord your God, and follow all his ways. Keep the decrees, commands, regulations, and laws written in the Law of Moses so that you will be successful in all you do and wherever you go. 1 Kings 2:3	And keep the charge of the Lord your God, walking in his ways and keeping his statutes, his commandments, his ordinances, and his testimonies, as it is written in the law of Moses, so that you may prosper in all that you do and wherever you turn. law obedience blessing
The Lord keeps you from all harm and watches over your life. The Lord keeps watch over you as you come and go, both now and forever. Psalm 121:7-8	The Lord will keep you from all evil; he will keep your life. The Lord will keep your going out and your coming in from this time on and forevermore. hope life evil
