Him37paul (3/4)

Then the Lord God said, “It is not good for the man to be alone. I will make a helper who is just right for him.”Then the Lord God said, “It is not good that the man should be alone; I will make him a helper fit for him.”
And God has given us his Spirit as proof that we live in him and he in us.By this we know that we abide in him and he in us, because he has given us of his Spirit.
Every word of God proves true. He is a shield to all who come to him for protection.Every word of God proves true; he is a shield to those who take refuge in him.
Anyone who eats my flesh and drinks my blood remains in me, and I in him.Whoever feeds on my flesh and drinks my blood abides in me, and I in him.
So obey the commands of the Lord your God by walking in his ways and fearing him.So you shall keep the commandments of the Lord your God by walking in his ways and by fearing him.
And now, dear children, remain in fellowship with Christ so that when he returns, you will be full of courage and not shrink back from him in shame. And now, little children, abide in him, so that when he appears we may have confidence and not shrink from him in shame at his coming.
But the Lord watches over those who fear him, those who rely on his unfailing love.Behold, the eye of the Lord is on those who fear him, on those who hope in his steadfast love.
I want to know Christ and experience the mighty power that raised him from the dead. I want to suffer with him, sharing in his death. That I may know him and the power of his resurrection, and may share his sufferings, becoming like him in his death.
Jesus replied, “All who love me will do what I say. My Father will love them, and we will come and make our home with each of them.”Jesus answered him, “If anyone loves me, he will keep my word, and my Father will love him, and we will come to him and make our home with him.”
The Lord is my strength and shield. I trust him with all my heart. He helps me, and my heart is filled with joy. I burst out in songs of thanksgiving. The Lord is my strength and my shield; in him my heart trusts, and I am helped; my heart exults, and with my song I give thanks to him.
The Lord is good, a strong refuge when trouble comes. He is close to those who trust in him.The Lord is good, a stronghold in the day of trouble; he knows those who take refuge in him.
The Lord is like a father to his children, tender and compassionate to those who fear him.As a father shows compassion to his children, so the Lord shows compassion to those who fear him.
Dear friends, we are already God’s children, but he has not yet shown us what we will be like when Christ appears. But we do know that we will be like him, for we will see him as he really is. And all who have this eager expectation will keep themselves pure, just as he is pure.Beloved, we are God's children now, and what we will be has not yet appeared; but we know that when he appears we shall be like him, because we shall see him as he is. And everyone who thus hopes in him purifies himself as he is pure.
Therefore, God elevated him to the place of highest honor and gave him the name above all other names, that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth. Therefore God has highly exalted him and bestowed on him the name that is above every name, so that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth.
God sent his Son into the world not to judge the world, but to save the world through him.For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but in order that the world might be saved through him.
There is no judgment against anyone who believes in him. But anyone who does not believe in him has already been judged for not believing in God’s one and only Son.Whoever believes in him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only Son of God.
But when they saw him walking on the water, they cried out in terror, thinking he was a ghost. They were all terrified when they saw him. But Jesus spoke to them at once. “Don’t be afraid,” he said. “Take courage! I am here!”But when they saw him walking on the sea they thought it was a ghost, and cried out, for they all saw him and were terrified. But immediately he spoke to them and said, “Take heart; it is I. Do not be afraid.”
We are witnesses of these things and so is the Holy Spirit, who is given by God to those who obey him.And we are witnesses to these things, and so is the Holy Spirit, whom God has given to those who obey him.
And we are confident that he hears us whenever we ask for anything that pleases him.And this is the confidence that we have toward him, that if we ask anything according to his will he hears us.
And while they were there, the time came for her baby to be born. She gave birth to her firstborn son. She wrapped him snugly in strips of cloth and laid him in a manger, because there was no lodging available for them. And while they were there, the time came for her to give birth. And she gave birth to her firstborn son and wrapped him in swaddling cloths and laid him in a manger, because there was no place for them in the inn.
After saying this, he was taken up into a cloud while they were watching, and they could no longer see him.And when he had said these things, as they were looking on, he was lifted up, and a cloud took him out of their sight.
For in him we live and move and exist. As some of your own poets have said, ‘We are his offspring.’For ‘In him we live and move and have our being’; as even some of your own poets have said, ‘For we are indeed his offspring.’
And Jesus said to him, “Go, for your faith has healed you.” Instantly the man could see, and he followed Jesus down the road. And Jesus said to him, “Go your way; your faith has made you well.” And immediately he recovered his sight and followed him on the way.
For you have been given not only the privilege of trusting in Christ but also the privilege of suffering for him.For it has been granted to you that for the sake of Christ you should not only believe in him but also suffer for his sake.
God’s way is perfect. All the Lord’s promises prove true. He is a shield for all who look to him for protection. This God—his way is perfect; the word of the Lord proves true; he is a shield for all those who take refuge in him.

Those who feel free to eat anything must not look down on those who don’t. And those who don’t eat certain foods must not condemn those who do, for God has accepted them.Let not the one who eats despise the one who abstains, and let not the one who abstains pass judgment on the one who eats, for God has welcomed him.
