But you must never eat any meat that still has the lifeblood in it. | Every moving thing that lives shall be food for you; and just as I gave you the green plants, I give you everything. Only, you shall not eat flesh with its life, that is, its blood. |
| Then Jesus said, “Come to me, all of you who are weary and carry heavy burdens, and I will give you rest.” | Come to me, all you that are weary and are carrying heavy burdens, and I will give you rest. |

| I will thank you, Lord, among all the people. I will sing your praises among the nations. | I will give thanks to you, O Lord, among the peoples, and I will sing praises to you among the nations. |
| And I tell you this, you must give an account on judgment day for every idle word you speak. | I tell you, on the day of judgment you will have to give an account for every careless word you utter. |
