No one who denies the Son has the Father. Whoever confesses the Son has the Father also.Whoever denies the Son does not have the Father; the one who confesses the Son has the Father also.
You have heard that it was said, ‘You shall not commit adultery.’ But I say to you that everyone who looks at a woman with lustful intent has already committed adultery with her in his heart.You have heard that it was said, ‘You shall not commit adultery’; but I say to you that everyone who looks at a woman with lust for her has already committed adultery with her in his heart.
“Let the one who boasts, boast in the Lord.” For it is not the one who commends himself who is approved, but the one whom the Lord commends.But the one who boasts is to boast in the Lord. For it is not the one who commends himself that is approved, but the one whom the Lord commends.
Then he said to them, “Go your way. Eat the fat and drink sweet wine and send portions to anyone who has nothing ready, for this day is holy to our Lord. And do not be grieved, for the joy of the Lord is your strength.”Then he said to them, “Go, eat the festival foods, drink the sweet drinks, and send portions to him who has nothing prepared; for this day is holy to our Lord. Do not be grieved, for the joy of the Lord is your refuge.”
So if the Son sets you free, you will be free indeed.So if the Son sets you free, you really will be free.
For if they fall, one will lift up his fellow. But woe to him who is alone when he falls and has not another to lift him up!For if either of them falls, the one will lift up his companion. But woe to the one who falls when there is not another to lift him up!
Truly, I say to you, whoever says to this mountain, ‘Be taken up and thrown into the sea,’ and does not doubt in his heart, but believes that what he says will come to pass, it will be done for him.Truly I say to you, whoever says to this mountain, ‘Be taken up and thrown into the sea,’ and does not doubt in his heart, but believes that what he says is going to happen, it will be granted to him.
If your brother sins, rebuke him, and if he repents, forgive him, and if he sins against you seven times in the day, and turns to you seven times, saying, ‘I repent,’ you must forgive him.If your brother sins, rebuke him; and if he repents, forgive him. And if he sins against you seven times a day, and returns to you seven times, saying, ‘I repent,’ you shall forgive him.
For if we live, we live to the Lord, and if we die, we die to the Lord. So then, whether we live or whether we die, we are the Lord's.For if we live, we live for the Lord, or if we die, we die for the Lord; therefore whether we live or die, we are the Lord’s.
For what will it profit a man if he gains the whole world and forfeits his soul? Or what shall a man give in return for his soul?For what good will it do a person if he gains the whole world, but forfeits his soul? Or what will a person give in exchange for his soul?
My son, if your heart is wise, my heart too will be glad.My son, if your heart is wise, My own heart also will be glad.
So also faith by itself, if it does not have works, is dead.In the same way, faith also, if it has no works, is dead, being by itself.
If your brother sins against you, go and tell him his fault, between you and him alone. If he listens to you, you have gained your brother.Now if your brother sins, go and show him his fault in private; if he listens to you, you have gained your brother.
Now who is there to harm you if you are zealous for what is good?And who is there to harm you if you prove zealous for what is good?
For “Whoever desires to love life and see good days, let him keep his tongue from evil and his lips from speaking deceit; let him turn away from evil and do good; let him seek peace and pursue it.”For, “The one who desires life, to love and see good days, Must keep his tongue from evil and his lips from speaking deceit. He must turn away from evil and do good; He must seek peace and pursue it.”
He who withholds kindness from a friend forsakes the fear of the Almighty.For the despairing man there should be kindness from his friend; So that he does not abandon the fear of the Almighty.
Whoever feeds on my flesh and drinks my blood abides in me, and I in him.The one who eats My flesh and drinks My blood remains in Me, and I in him.
The Lord is with you while you are with him. If you seek him, he will be found by you, but if you forsake him, he will forsake you.The Lord is with you when you are with Him. And if you seek Him, He will let you find Him; but if you abandon Him, He will abandon you.
If the world hates you, know that it has hated me before it hated you.If the world hates you, you know that it has hated Me before it hated you.
The one who conceals hatred has lying lips, and whoever utters slander is a fool.One who conceals hatred has lying lips, And one who spreads slander is a fool.
Blessed is the man who remains steadfast under trial, for when he has stood the test he will receive the crown of life, which God has promised to those who love him.Blessed is a man who perseveres under trial; for once he has been approved, he will receive the crown of life which the Lord has promised to those who love Him.
And whoever does not take his cross and follow me is not worthy of me.And the one who does not take his cross and follow after Me is not worthy of Me.
Let no one despise you for your youth, but set the believers an example in speech, in conduct, in love, in faith, in purity.Let no one look down on your youthfulness, but rather in speech, conduct, love, faith, and purity, show yourself an example of those who believe.
Whoever believes in the Son has eternal life; whoever does not obey the Son shall not see life, but the wrath of God remains on him.The one who believes in the Son has eternal life; but the one who does not obey the Son will not see life, but the wrath of God remains on him.
And without faith it is impossible to please him, for whoever would draw near to God must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who seek him.And without faith it is impossible to please Him, for the one who comes to God must believe that He exists, and that He proves to be One who rewards those who seek Him.

And Jesus said to him, “‘If you can’! All things are possible for one who believes.”But Jesus said to him, “ ‘If You can’? All things are possible for the one who believes.”
