You want what you don’t have, so you scheme and kill to get it. You are jealous of what others have, but you can’t get it, so you fight and wage war to take it away from them. Dear friends, never take revenge. Leave that to the righteous anger of God. For the Scriptures say, “I will take revenge; I will pay them back,” says the Lord. But don’t begin until you count the cost. For who would begin construction of a building without first calculating the cost to see if there is enough money to finish it? Luke 14:28	For which of you, desiring to build a tower, does not first sit down and count the cost, whether he has enough to complete it? debt planning money
Loyalty makes a person attractive. It is better to be poor than dishonest. Proverbs 19:22	What is desired in a man is steadfast love, and a poor man is better than a liar. reliability money goodness
And it is impossible to please God without faith. Anyone who wants to come to him must believe that God exists and that he rewards those who sincerely seek him. But when they saw him walking on the water, they cried out in terror, thinking he was a ghost. They were all terrified when they saw him. But if you look carefully into the perfect law that sets you free, and if you do what it says and don’t forget what you heard, then God will bless you for doing it. For the word of God is alive and powerful. It is sharper than the sharpest two-edged sword, cutting between soul and spirit, between joint and marrow. It exposes our innermost thoughts and desires. When you make a promise to God, don’t delay in following through, for God takes no pleasure in fools. Keep all the promises you make to him. Ecclesiastes 5:4	When you vow a vow to God, do not delay paying it, for he has no pleasure in fools. Pay what you vow. promises reliability obedience

The church then had peace throughout Judea, Galilee, and Samaria, and it became stronger as the believers lived in the fear of the Lord. Whatever you give is acceptable if you give it eagerly. And give according to what you have, not what you don’t have. 2 Corinthians 8:12	For if the readiness is there, it is acceptable according to what a person has, not according to what he does not have. encouragement giving generosity
