John 4:18 (2/4)

You call Me ‘Teacher’ and ‘Lord’; and you are correct, for so I am.Ye call me Master and Lord: and ye say well; for so I am.
So if I, the Lord and the Teacher, washed your feet, you also ought to wash one another’s feet.If I then, your Lord and Master, have washed your feet; ye also ought to wash one another's feet.
Truly, truly I say to you, a slave is not greater than his master, nor is one who is sent greater than the one who sent him.Verily, verily, I say unto you, The servant is not greater than his lord; neither he that is sent greater than he that sent him.
Truly, truly I say to you, the one who receives anyone I send, receives Me; and the one who receives Me receives Him who sent Me.Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that receiveth whomsoever I send receiveth me; and he that receiveth me receiveth him that sent me.
I am giving you a new commandment, that you love one another; just as I have loved you, that you also love one another.A new commandment I give unto you, That ye love one another; as I have loved you, that ye also love one another.
By this all people will know that you are My disciples: if you have love for one another.By this shall all men know that ye are my disciples, if ye have love one to another.
Do not let your heart be troubled; believe in God, believe also in Me.Let not your heart be troubled: ye believe in God, believe also in me.
In My Father’s house are many rooms; if that were not so, I would have told you, because I am going there to prepare a place for you.In my Father's house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you.
Jesus said to him, “I am the way, and the truth, and the life; no one comes to the Father except through Me.”Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.
If you had known Me, you would have known My Father also; from now on you know Him, and have seen Him.If ye had known me, ye should have known my Father also: and from henceforth ye know him, and have seen him.
Philip said to Him, “Lord, show us the Father, and it is enough for us.”Philip saith unto him, Lord, show us the Father, and it sufficeth us.
Truly, truly I say to you, the one who believes in Me, the works that I do, he will do also; and greater works than these he will do; because I am going to the Father.Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he do also; and greater works than these shall he do; because I go unto my Father.
And whatever you ask in My name, this I will do, so that the Father may be glorified in the Son.And whatsoever ye shall ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son.
If you love Me, you will keep My commandments. If ye love me, keep my commandments.
I will ask the Father, and He will give you another Helper, so that He may be with you forever. And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you for ever.
I will not leave you as orphans; I am coming to you.I will not leave you comfortless: I will come to you.
The one who has My commandments and keeps them is the one who loves Me; and the one who loves Me will be loved by My Father, and I will love him and will reveal Myself to him.He that hath my commandments, and keepeth them, he it is that loveth me: and he that loveth me shall be loved of my Father, and I will love him, and will manifest myself to him.
Jesus answered and said to him, “If anyone loves Me, he will follow My word; and My Father will love him, and We will come to him and make Our dwelling with him.”Jesus answered and said unto him, If a man love me, he will keep my words: and my Father will love him, and we will come unto him, and make our abode with him.
But the Helper, the Holy Spirit whom the Father will send in My name, He will teach you all things, and remind you of all that I said to you.But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you.
Peace I leave you, My peace I give you; not as the world gives, do I give to you. Do not let your hearts be troubled, nor fearful.Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.
I am the true vine, and My Father is the vinedresser. Every branch in Me that does not bear fruit, He takes away; and every branch that bears fruit, He prunes it so that it may bear more fruit.I am the true vine, and my Father is the husbandman. Every branch in me that beareth not fruit he taketh away: and every branch that beareth fruit, he purgeth it, that it may bring forth more fruit.
You are already clean because of the word which I have spoken to you.Now ye are clean through the word which I have spoken unto you.
I am the vine, you are the branches; the one who remains in Me, and I in him bears much fruit, for apart from Me you can do nothing.I am the vine, ye are the branches: He that abideth in me, and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruit: for without me ye can do nothing.
If you remain in Me, and My words remain in you, ask whatever you wish, and it will be done for you.If ye abide in me, and my words abide in you, ye shall ask what ye will, and it shall be done unto you.
My Father is glorified by this, that you bear much fruit, and so prove to be My disciples.Herein is my Father glorified, that ye bear much fruit; so shall ye be my disciples.

If you keep My commandments, you will remain in My love; just as I have kept My Father’s commandments and remain in His love.If ye keep my commandments, ye shall abide in my love; even as I have kept my Father's commandments, and abide in his love.
