Lifting the veil (4/4)

Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but Yahweh delivers him out of them all.The misfortunes of the righteous man are many, but the Lord delivers him, from all of them.
Then the Lord knows how to deliver the godly out of temptation and to keep the unrighteous under punishment for the day of judgment.Therefore, the Lord knows how to rescue the godly from their trials and to hold the wicked for punishment until the Day of Judgment.
God blessed them. God said to them, “Be fruitful, multiply, fill the earth, and subdue it. Have dominion over the fish of the sea, over the birds of the sky, and over every living thing that moves on the earth.”God blessed them and told them, “Be fruitful and multiply, and fill the earth; subdue it and have dominion over the fish of the seas and over the birds of the air and over every living creature that moves upon the earth.”
For, “Whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved.”Indeed, “everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.”
I press on toward the goal for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus.I press on toward the finishing line to win the heavenly prize to which God has called me in Christ Jesus.
He loves righteousness and justice. The earth is full of the loving kindness of Yahweh.The Lord loves righteousness and justice; the earth is filled with his kindness.
Looking to Jesus, the author and perfecter of faith, who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising its shame, and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.With our eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith. For the sake of the joy that lay before him, he endured the cross, ignoring its shame, and is now seated at the right hand of the throne of God.
Isn’t this the fast that I have chosen: to release the bonds of wickedness, to undo the straps of the yoke, to let the oppressed go free, and that you break every yoke?This rather is the type of fast that I wish: to loosen the fetters of injustice, to undo the thongs of the yoke, to set free those who are oppressed and to break every yoke.
If we live by the Spirit, let’s also walk by the Spirit.If we live by the Spirit, let us also be guided by the Spirit.
For God didn’t send his Son into the world to judge the world, but that the world should be saved through him.For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world but in order that the world might be saved through him.
They set up over his head the accusation against him written, “THIS IS JESUS, THE KING OF THE JEWS.”Above his head was inscribed the charge against him: “This is Jesus, the King of the Jews.”
If therefore they tell you, ‘Behold, he is in the wilderness,’ don’t go out; or ‘Behold, he is in the inner rooms,’ don’t believe it. For as the lightning flashes from the east, and is seen even to the west, so will the coming of the Son of Man be.So if anyone says to you, ‘Behold, he is in the wilderness,’ do not go out there. If they say, ‘Behold, he is in the inner rooms,’ do not believe it. For just as lightning comes from the east and is visible even in the west, so will the coming of the Son of Man be.
This Good News of the Kingdom will be preached in the whole world for a testimony to all the nations, and then the end will come.And the good news of the kingdom will be proclaimed throughout the entire world as a testimony offered to all the nations. And then the end will come.
Yahweh’s face is against those who do evil, to cut off their memory from the earth.The face of the Lord is turned against those who do evil, to erase all memory of them from the earth.
He was there with Yahweh forty days and forty nights; he neither ate bread, nor drank water. He wrote on the tablets the words of the covenant, the ten commandments.Moses remained with the Lord for forty days and forty nights without eating bread or drinking water. And he wrote the words of the covenant, the Ten Commandments, on the tablets.
My doctrine will drop as the rain. My speech will condense as the dew, as the misty rain on the tender grass, as the showers on the herb.Let my teaching fall down like rain, and my words descend like the dew. Like rain upon the sprouts, and like showers upon the grass.
When the Counselor has come, whom I will send to you from the Father, the Spirit of truth, who proceeds from the Father, he will testify about me.When the Advocate comes whom I will send you from the Father, the Spirit of truth who comes from the Father, he will testify on my behalf.
Yahweh’s name is a strong tower: the righteous run to him, and are safe.The name of the Lord is a tower of strength; the upright man runs to it and finds refuge.
God will bless us. All the ends of the earth shall fear him.May God continue to bless us and be revered to the ends of the earth.
He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of Yahweh, “He is my refuge and my fortress; my God, in whom I trust.”You who abide in the shelter of the Most High, who rest in the shadow of the Almighty, say to the Lord, “You are my refuge and my fortress, my God in whom I place my trust.”
He said to them, “Go into all the world and preach the Good News to the whole creation.”Then he said to them, “Go forth into the whole world and proclaim the gospel to all creation.”
So the assemblies throughout all Judea, Galilee, and Samaria had peace and were built up. They were multiplied, walking in the fear of the Lord and in the comfort of the Holy Spirit.Meanwhile, the Church throughout Judea, Galilee, and Samaria enjoyed peace, building up strength and living in the fear of the Lord. Encouraged by the Holy Spirit, the Church grew in numbers.
For so has the Lord commanded us, saying, ‘I have set you as a light for the Gentiles, that you should bring salvation to the uttermost parts of the earth.’For so has the Lord commanded us to do, saying, ‘I have made you a light for the Gentiles so that you may bring salvation to the farthest corners of the earth.’
Yahweh’s eyes are toward the righteous. His ears listen to their cry.The eyes of the Lord are on the righteous, and his ears are open to their cry.
He who has the Son has the life. He who doesn’t have God’s Son doesn’t have the life.Whoever possesses the Son possesses life; whoever does not possess the Son of God does not possess life.

Bible verse of the day

But the Counselor, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in my name, will teach you all things, and will remind you of all that I said to you.
