Once you were darkness, but now you are light in the Lord. Live as children of light.For at one time you were darkness, but now you are light in the Lord. Walk as children of light.
O Lord, you are kind and forgiving, filled with kindness for all who cry to you.For you, O Lord, are good and forgiving, abounding in steadfast love to all who call upon you.
The one who gives this testimony says, “Yes, I am coming soon.” Amen. Come, Lord Jesus!He who testifies to these things says, “Surely I am coming soon.” Amen. Come, Lord Jesus!
You shall not take the name of the Lord, your God, in vain, for the Lord will not consider blameless those who take his name in vain.You shall not take the name of the Lord your God in vain, for the Lord will not hold him guiltless who takes his name in vain.
And as we gaze upon the glory of the Lord with unveiled faces, all of us are being transformed into that same image from glory to glory, which comes from the Lord, who is the Spirit.And we all, with unveiled face, beholding the glory of the Lord, are being transformed into the same image from one degree of glory to another. For this comes from the Lord who is the Spirit.
However, the Lord is faithful. He will strengthen you and protect you from the evil one.But the Lord is faithful. He will establish you and guard you against the evil one.
Reflect on the Lord and his strength; seek his face continually.Seek the Lord and his strength; seek his presence continually!
Indeed, the Lord God does nothing without revealing his plan to his servants, the prophets.For the Lord God does nothing without revealing his secret to his servants the prophets.
I take no pleasure in the death of anyone, says the Lord God. Repent and live!For I have no pleasure in the death of anyone, declares the Lord God; so turn, and live.
Deliver me, O Lord, from lying lips and from deceitful tongues.Deliver me, O Lord, from lying lips, from a deceitful tongue.
Therefore, my beloved brethren, stand firm and immovable, devoting yourselves completely to the work of the Lord, knowing that in the Lord your labor is not in vain.Therefore, my beloved brothers, be steadfast, immovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, knowing that in the Lord your labor is not in vain.
Blessed are all those who fear the Lord and walk in his ways.Blessed is everyone who fears the Lord, who walks in his ways!
And every tongue should proclaim to the glory of God the Father: Jesus Christ is Lord.And every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.
Our help is in the name of the Lord, the Maker of heaven and earth.Our help is in the name of the Lord, who made heaven and earth.
So if I, your Lord and Teacher, have washed your feet, you also should wash one another’s feet.If I then, your Lord and Teacher, have washed your feet, you also ought to wash one another's feet.
Seek peace with everyone, as well as the holiness without which no one will ever see the Lord.Strive for peace with everyone, and for the holiness without which no one will see the Lord.
May the Lord guide your hearts to the love of God and the steadfastness of Christ.May the Lord direct your hearts to the love of God and to the steadfastness of Christ.
Arise, O Lord! Lift up your hand, O God! Do not forget the afflicted.Arise, O Lord; O God, lift up your hand; forget not the afflicted.
If the Lord does not build the house, those who construct it labor in vain. If the Lord does not guard the city, those who keep watch over it do so in vain.Unless the Lord builds the house, those who build it labor in vain. Unless the Lord watches over the city, the watchman stays awake in vain.
Indeed, who is God except the Lord? Who is the Rock besides our God?For who is God, but the Lord? And who is a rock, except our God?
Therefore, we can say with confidence: “The Lord is my helper; I will not be afraid. What can anyone do to me?”So we can confidently say, “The Lord is my helper; I will not fear; what can man do to me?”

Therefore, now that we have been justified by faith, we are at peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ.Therefore, since we have been justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ.

Rather, put on the Lord Jesus Christ and allow no opportunity for the flesh to gratify its sinful desires.But put on the Lord Jesus Christ, and make no provision for the flesh, to gratify its desires.
