Love god (2/4)

In this is love, not that we loved God, but that He loved us and sent His Son to be the propitiation for our sins. This is what love is: not that we have loved God, but that he loved us and sent his Son as expiation for our sins.
Love is patient, love is kind, it is not jealous; love does not brag, it is not arrogant. It does not act disgracefully, it does not seek its own benefit; it is not provoked, does not keep an account of a wrong suffered.Love is patient; love is charitable. Love is not envious; it does not have an inflated opinion of itself; it is not filled with its own importance. Love is never rude; it does not seek its own advantage. It is not prone to anger; neither does it brood over setbacks.
By this the love of God was revealed in us, that God has sent His only Son into the world so that we may live through Him.God’s love was revealed to us in this way: God sent his only-begotten Son into the world so that we might have life through him.
And He said to him, ‘You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your mind.’Jesus said to him, ‘You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your mind.’
But flee from these things, you man of God, and pursue righteousness, godliness, faith, love, perseverance, and gentleness. But as for you, man of God, you must shun all this. Rather, pursue righteousness, godliness, faith, love, fortitude, and gentleness.
The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, and the love of God, and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit, be with you all.The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ and the love of God and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit be with you all.
Know therefore that the Lord your God, He is God, the faithful God, who keeps His covenant and His faithfulness to a thousand generations for those who love Him and keep His commandments.Keep in mind, therefore, that the Lord, your God, is God. He is a faithful God who keeps his covenant of mercy to the thousandth generation toward those who love him and observe his commandments.
Those who love Your Law have great peace, And nothing causes them to stumble. Those who love your law have great peace; they encounter no stumbling blocks.
Greater love has no one than this, that a person will lay down his life for his friends. No one can have greater love than to lay down his life for his friends.
Those whom I love, I rebuke and discipline; therefore be zealous and repent.I reprove and discipline all those whom I love. Therefore, be sincere in your desire to repent.
And walk in love, just as Christ also loved you and gave Himself up for us, an offering and a sacrifice to God as a fragrant aroma. And walk in love, as Christ loved us and gave himself up for us as a sacrificial offering whose fragrance is pleasing to God.
Little children, let’s not love with word or with tongue, but in deed and truth.Dear children, let us love not in word or speech but in deed and truth.
And you shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your mind, and with all your strength. You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your mind, and with all your strength.
Hear, Israel! The Lord is our God, the Lord is one! And you shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength.Hear, O Israel, the Lord, our God, is Lord alone. You shall love the Lord, your God, with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your might.
By this all people will know that you are My disciples: if you have love for one another. This is how everyone will know that you are my disciples: if you love one another.
Be devoted to one another in brotherly love; give preference to one another in honor.Love one another with genuine affection. Esteem others more highly than yourself.
But I say to you, love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you.But I say to you: Love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you.
With all humility and gentleness, with patience, bearing with one another in love. With all humility, gentleness, and patience, bearing with one another in a spirit of love.
And hope does not disappoint, because the love of God has been poured out within our hearts through the Holy Spirit who was given to us.Such hope will not be doomed to disappointment, because the love of God has been poured into our hearts through the Holy Spirit that has been given to us.
But whoever has worldly goods and sees his brother or sister in need, and closes his heart against him, how does the love of God remain in him?If anyone is rich in worldly possessions and sees a brother in need but refuses to open his heart, how can the love of God abide in him?
For this is the message which you have heard from the beginning, that we are to love one another. For from the beginning you have heard the message that we should love one another.
In addition to all these things put on love, which is the perfect bond of unity.Over all these put on love, which is the bond of perfection.
And to love Him with all the heart, and with all the understanding, and with all the strength, and to love one’s neighbor as oneself, is much more than all the burnt offerings and sacrifices. And ‘to love him with all your heart, and with all your understanding, and with all your strength, and to love your neighbor as yourself,’ is worth more than any burnt offerings and sacrifices.
And he answered, “You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your strength, and with all your mind; and your neighbor as yourself.”He answered, “You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your strength, and with all your mind, and your neighbor as yourself.”
For God is not unjust so as to forget your work and the love which you have shown toward His name, by having served and by still serving the saints. For God would not be so unjust as to ignore your work and the love that you have shown for his name by the services you have rendered to the saints and still continue to render.

He has told you, mortal one, what is good; And what does the Lord require of you But to do justice, to love kindness, And to walk humbly with your God?The Lord has told you, O man, what is good. And what does the Lord require of you? Only this: to do what is right, to show mercy, and to walk humbly with your God.
