Let what you say be simply ‘Yes’ or ‘No’; anything more than this comes from evil.But make sure your statement is, ‘Yes, yes’ or ‘No, no’; anything beyond these is of evil origin.
And behold, a voice from heaven said, “This is my beloved Son, with whom I am well pleased.”And behold, a voice from the heavens said, “This is My beloved Son, with whom I am well pleased.”
For if you forgive others their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you.For if you forgive other people for their offenses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you.
But if you do not forgive others their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses.But if you do not forgive other people, then your Father will not forgive your offenses.
Whoever finds his life will lose it, and whoever loses his life for my sake will find it.The one who has found his life will lose it, and the one who has lost his life on My account will find it.
From that time Jesus began to preach, saying, “Repent, for the kingdom of heaven is at hand.”From that time Jesus began to preach and say, “Repent, for the kingdom of heaven has come near.”
Therefore you also must be ready, for the Son of Man is coming at an hour you do not expect.For this reason you must be ready as well; for the Son of Man is coming at an hour when you do not think He will.
Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you.Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you.
Of how much more value is a man than a sheep! So it is lawful to do good on the Sabbath.How much more valuable then is a person than a sheep! So then, it is lawful to do good on the Sabbath.
And over his head they put the charge against him, which read, “This is Jesus, the King of the Jews.”And above His head they put up the charge against Him which read, “THIS IS JESUS THE KING OF THE JEWS.”
Blessed are those who are persecuted for righteousness' sake, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.Blessed are those who have been persecuted for the sake of righteousness, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.

But seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness, and all these things will be added to you.But seek first His kingdom and His righteousness, and all these things will be provided to you.
But Jesus looked at them and said, “With man this is impossible, but with God all things are possible.”And looking at them, Jesus said to them, “With people this is impossible, but with God all things are possible.”
Why do you see the speck that is in your brother's eye, but do not notice the log that is in your own eye?Why do you look at the speck that is in your brother’s eye, but do not notice the log that is in your own eye?
For whoever would save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for my sake will find it.For whoever wants to save his life will lose it; but whoever loses his life for My sake will find it.
She will bear a son, and you shall call his name Jesus, for he will save his people from their sins.She will give birth to a Son; and you shall name Him Jesus, for He will save His people from their sins.
I tell you, on the day of judgment people will give account for every careless word they speak.But I tell you that for every careless word that people speak, they will give an account of it on the day of judgment.
Even as the Son of Man came not to be served but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many.Just as the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give His life as a ransom for many.
Heal the sick, raise the dead, cleanse lepers, cast out demons. You received without paying; give without pay.Heal the sick, raise the dead, cleanse those with leprosy, cast out demons. Freely you received, freely give.
Watch and pray that you may not enter into temptation. The spirit indeed is willing, but the flesh is weak.Keep watching and praying, so that you do not come into temptation; the spirit is willing, but the flesh is weak.
So whatever you wish that others would do to you, do also to them, for this is the Law and the Prophets.In everything, therefore, treat people the same way you want them to treat you, for this is the Law and the Prophets.
Do not think that I have come to abolish the Law or the Prophets; I have not come to abolish them but to fulfill them.Do not presume that I came to abolish the Law or the Prophets; I did not come to abolish, but to fulfill.

And he said to him, “You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.”And He said to him, ‘You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your mind.’
