Lord, all my desire is before you. My groaning is not hidden from you.Lord, all my desire is before thee; and my groaning is not hid from thee.
I cried to him with my mouth. He was extolled with my tongue.I cried unto him with my mouth, and he was extolled with my tongue.
I acknowledged my sin to you. I didn’t hide my iniquity. I said, I will confess my transgressions to Yahweh, and you forgave the iniquity of my sin. Selah.I acknowledge my sin unto thee, and mine iniquity have I not hid. I said, I will confess my transgressions unto the Lord; and thou forgavest the iniquity of my sin. Selah.
Yahweh is my light and my salvation. Whom shall I fear? Yahweh is the strength of my life. Of whom shall I be afraid? The Lord is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? the Lord is the strength of my life; of whom shall I be afraid?
You shall keep my Sabbaths, and have reverence for my sanctuary. I am Yahweh.Ye shall keep my sabbaths, and reverence my sanctuary: I am the Lord.
When I kept silence, my bones wasted away through my groaning all day long. When I kept silence, my bones waxed old through my roaring all the day long.
If you keep my commandments, you will remain in my love, even as I have kept my Father’s commandments and remain in his love.If ye keep my commandments, ye shall abide in my love; even as I have kept my Father's commandments, and abide in his love.
Behold, God is my helper. The Lord is the one who sustains my soul.Behold, God is mine helper: the Lord is with them that uphold my soul.
“Yahweh is my portion,” says my soul. “Therefore I will hope in him.”The Lord is my portion, saith my soul; therefore will I hope in him.
But you, Yahweh, are a shield around me, my glory, and the one who lifts up my head. But thou, O Lord, art a shield for me; my glory, and the lifter up of mine head.

I will lift up my eyes to the hills. Where does my help come from? My help comes from Yahweh, who made heaven and earth.I will lift up mine eyes unto the hills, from whence cometh my help. My help cometh from the Lord, which made heaven and earth.
Why are you in despair, my soul? Why are you disturbed within me? Hope in God! For I shall still praise him, the saving help of my countenance, and my God.Why art thou cast down, O my soul? and why art thou disquieted within me? hope thou in God: for I shall yet praise him, who is the health of my countenance, and my God.
