And I will ask the Father, and he will give you another Advocate, to be with you forever. | And I will pray the Father, and He will give you another Helper, that He may abide with you forever. |
Who is it that conquers the world but the one who believes that Jesus is the Son of God? | Who is he who overcomes the world, but he who believes that Jesus is the Son of God? |
And when he comes, he will prove the world wrong about sin and righteousness and judgment. | And when He has come, He will convict the world of sin, and of righteousness, and of judgment. |
If you know me, you will know my Father also. From now on you do know him and have seen him. | If you had known Me, you would have known My Father also; and from now on you know Him and have seen Him. |
By this we know that we abide in him and he in us, because he has given us of his Spirit. | By this we know that we abide in Him, and He in us, because He has given us of His Spirit. |
