Teach us to comprehend how few our days are so that our hearts may be filled with wisdom. Psalm 90:12	Teach us to realize the brevity of life, so that we may grow in wisdom. planning wisdom heart
However, if we confess our sins, he who is faithful and just will forgive our sins and cleanse us from all wrongdoing. 1 John 1:9	But if we confess our sins to him, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all wickedness. sin purification evil
It was for this purpose that he called you through our gospel so that you might come to share in the glory of our Lord Jesus Christ. 2 Thessalonians 2:14	He called you to salvation when we told you the Good News; now you can share in the glory of our Lord Jesus Christ. evangelism calling
Although it was our afflictions that he bore, our sufferings that he endured, we thought of him as stricken, as struck down by God and afflicted. Isaiah 53:4	Yet it was our weaknesses he carried; it was our sorrows that weighed him down. And we thought his troubles were a punishment from God, a punishment for his own sins! suffering Jesus sickness

But he was pierced for our offenses and crushed for our iniquity; the punishment that made us whole fell upon him, and by his bruises we have been healed. Indeed, who is God except the Lord? Who is the Rock besides our God? Psalm 18:32	For who is God except the Lord? Who but our God is a solid rock? reliability God strength
Let us examine and test our ways and return to the Lord. Lamentations 3:40	Instead, let us test and examine our ways. Let us turn back to the Lord. conversion repentance life
For who is God except the Lord? Who is a rock aside from our God? 2 Samuel 22:32	For who is God except the Lord? Who but our God is a solid rock? reliability God protection
You will again show us compassion and wash away our guilt; you will cast all our sins into the depths of the sea. Micah 7:19	Once again you will have compassion on us. You will trample our sins under your feet and throw them into the depths of the ocean! compassion sin forgiveness

He is himself the sacrifice for our sins— and not only for our sins but also for the sins of the whole world. 1 John 2:2	He himself is the sacrifice that atones for our sins—and not only our sins but the sins of all the world. sin Savior forgiveness
Therefore, we do not lose heart. Even though our outer self is continuing to decay, our inner self is being renewed day by day. 2 Corinthians 4:16	That is why we never give up. Though our bodies are dying, our spirits are being renewed every day. beauty encouragement receiving
But our citizenship is in heaven, and from there we await our Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ. Philippians 3:20	But we are citizens of heaven, where the Lord Jesus Christ lives. And we are eagerly waiting for him to return as our Savior. salvation Jesus heaven
Come forth! Let us bow down to worship him; let us kneel before the Lord, our Maker. Psalm 95:6	Come, let us worship and bow down. Let us kneel before the Lord our maker. creation worship humility
The Spirit himself bears witness with our Spirit that we are children of God. Romans 8:16	For his Spirit joins with our spirit to affirm that we are God’s children. God Spirit children
This is how we know what love is: he laid down his life for us, and we in turn must be prepared to lay down our lives for our brethren. 1 John 3:16	We know what real love is because Jesus gave up his life for us. So we also ought to give up our lives for our brothers and sisters. love Jesus neighbor
Some trust in chariots, and some in horses, but we trust in the name of the Lord, our God. Psalm 20:8	Some nations boast of their chariots and horses, but we boast in the name of the Lord our God. trust idols
The grass may wither and the flower may fade, but the word of our God will endure forever. Isaiah 40:8	The grass withers and the flowers fade, but the word of our God stands forever. reliability God Word of God
As far as the east is from the west, so far has he removed our transgressions from us. Psalm 103:12	He has removed our sins as far from us as the east is from the west. sin salvation
If we are diligent in observing all of these commandments before the Lord, our God, as he commanded of us, then this will be our righteousness. Deuteronomy 6:25	For we will be counted as righteous when we obey all the commands the Lord our God has given us. obedience law righteousness
But thanks be to God who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ. 1 Corinthians 15:57	But thank God! He gives us victory over sin and death through our Lord Jesus Christ. Jesus gratitude overcoming

The Lord commanded us to observe all of these statutes and to fear the Lord, our God, so that we might always prosper and be kept alive, even as we are today.

And the Lord our God commanded us to obey all these decrees and to fear him so he can continue to bless us and preserve our lives, as he has done to this day.
