Bible Verses about 'Regulations'

I have chosen the way of faithfulness; I set your ordinances before me.I have chosen to be faithful; I have determined to live by your regulations.
I will praise you with an upright heart, when I learn your righteous ordinances. As I learn your righteous regulations, I will thank you by living as I should!
The sum of your word is truth; and every one of your righteous ordinances endures forever. The very essence of your words is truth; all your just regulations will stand forever.
And keep the charge of the Lord your God, walking in his ways and keeping his statutes, his commandments, his ordinances, and his testimonies, as it is written in the law of Moses, so that you may prosper in all that you do and wherever you turn.Observe the requirements of the Lord your God, and follow all his ways. Keep the decrees, commands, regulations, and laws written in the Law of Moses so that you will be successful in all you do and wherever you go.
We have sinned and done wrong, acted wickedly and rebelled, turning aside from your commandments and ordinances. But we have sinned and done wrong. We have rebelled against you and scorned your commands and regulations.
I will put my spirit within you, and make you follow my statutes and be careful to observe my ordinances. And I will put my Spirit in you so that you will follow my decrees and be careful to obey my regulations.
I the Lord am your God; follow my statutes, and be careful to observe my ordinances, and hallow my sabbaths that they may be a sign between me and you, so that you may know that I the Lord am your God.‘I am the Lord your God,’ I told them. ‘Follow my decrees, pay attention to my regulations, and keep my Sabbath days holy, for they are a sign to remind you that I am the Lord your God.’
If you obey the commandments of the Lord your God that I am commanding you today, by loving the Lord your God, walking in his ways, and observing his commandments, decrees, and ordinances, then you shall live and become numerous, and the Lord your God will bless you in the land that you are entering to possess. For I command you this day to love the Lord your God and to keep his commands, decrees, and regulations by walking in his ways. If you do this, you will live and multiply, and the Lord your God will bless you and the land you are about to enter and occupy.
Jesus said to him, “Go; your faith has made you well.” Immediately he regained his sight and followed him on the way.And Jesus said to him, “Go, for your faith has healed you.” Instantly the man could see, and he followed Jesus down the road.
Do nothing from selfish ambition or conceit, but in humility regard others as better than yourselves.Don’t be selfish; don’t try to impress others. Be humble, thinking of others as better than yourselves.
If another member of the church sins against you, go and point out the fault when the two of you are alone. If the member listens to you, you have regained that one.If another believer sins against you, go privately and point out the offense. If the other person listens and confesses it, you have won that person back.
For godly grief produces a repentance that leads to salvation and brings no regret, but worldly grief produces death. For the kind of sorrow God wants us to experience leads us away from sin and results in salvation. There’s no regret for that kind of sorrow. But worldly sorrow, which lacks repentance, results in spiritual death.
I will make them and the region around my hill a blessing; and I will send down the showers in their season; they shall be showers of blessing.I will bless my people and their homes around my holy hill. And in the proper season I will send the showers they need. There will be showers of blessing.
Joseph also went from the town of Nazareth in Galilee to Judea, to the city of David called Bethlehem, because he was descended from the house and family of David. He went to be registered with Mary, to whom he was engaged and who was expecting a child. And because Joseph was a descendant of King David, he had to go to Bethlehem in Judea, David’s ancient home. He traveled there from the village of Nazareth in Galilee. He took with him Mary, to whom he was engaged, who was now expecting a child.
Now if you are unwilling to serve the Lord, choose this day whom you will serve, whether the gods your ancestors served in the region beyond the River or the gods of the Amorites in whose land you are living; but as for me and my household, we will serve the Lord. But if you refuse to serve the Lord, then choose today whom you will serve. Would you prefer the gods your ancestors served beyond the Euphrates? Or will it be the gods of the Amorites in whose land you now live? But as for me and my family, we will serve the Lord.
Who, though he was in the form of God, did not regard equality with God as something to be exploited, but emptied himself, taking the form of a slave, being born in human likeness. And being found in human form, he humbled himself and became obedient to the point of death— even death on a cross.Though he was God, he did not think of equality with God as something to cling to. Instead, he gave up his divine privileges; he took the humble position of a slave and was born as a human being. When he appeared in human form, he humbled himself in obedience to God and died a criminal’s death on a cross.
