He will cover you with His pinions, And under His wings you may take refuge; His faithfulness is a shield and wall.He will cover you with his feathers, and under his wings you will find refuge; his faithfulness will be your shield and rampart.
In You, Lord, I have taken refuge; Let me never be put to shame; In Your righteousness rescue me.In you, Lord, I have taken refuge; let me never be put to shame; deliver me in your righteousness.
And He was saying to them all, “If anyone wants to come after Me, he must deny himself, take up his cross daily, and follow Me.”Then he said to them all: “Whoever wants to be my disciple must deny themselves and take up their cross daily and follow me.”
He will again take pity on us; He will trample on our wrongdoings. Yes, You will cast all their sins Into the depths of the sea.You will again have compassion on us; you will tread our sins underfoot and hurl all our iniquities into the depths of the sea.
“Do I take any pleasure in the death of the wicked,” declares the Lord God, “rather than that he would turn from his ways and live?”Do I take any pleasure in the death of the wicked? declares the Sovereign Lord. Rather, am I not pleased when they turn from their ways and live?
For I am the Lord your God who takes hold of your right hand, Who says to you, ‘Do not fear, I will help you.’For I am the Lord your God who takes hold of your right hand and says to you, Do not fear; I will help you.
Therefore know today, and take it to your heart, that the Lord, He is God in heaven above and on the earth below; there is no other.Acknowledge and take to heart this day that the Lord is God in heaven above and on the earth below. There is no other.
When you make a vow to God, do not be late in paying it; for He takes no delight in fools. Pay what you vow!When you make a vow to God, do not delay to fulfill it. He has no pleasure in fools; fulfill your vow.
Therefore, take up the full armor of God, so that you will be able to resist on the evil day, and having done everything, to stand firm.Therefore put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground, and after you have done everything, to stand.
Take care, brothers and sisters, that there will not be in any one of you an evil, unbelieving heart that falls away from the living God.See to it, brothers and sisters, that none of you has a sinful, unbelieving heart that turns away from the living God.
Never take your own revenge, beloved, but leave room for the wrath of God, for it is written: “Vengeance is Mine, I will repay,” says the Lord.Do not take revenge, my dear friends, but leave room for God’s wrath, for it is written: “It is mine to avenge; I will repay,” says the Lord.
These things I have spoken to you so that in Me you may have peace. In the world you have tribulation, but take courage; I have overcome the world.I have told you these things, so that in me you may have peace. In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world.
Now while they were eating, Jesus took some bread, and after a blessing, He broke it and gave it to the disciples, and said, “Take, eat; this is My body.”While they were eating, Jesus took bread, and when he had given thanks, he broke it and gave it to his disciples, saying, “Take and eat; this is my body.”
For we have brought nothing into the world, so we cannot take anything out of it, either. If we have food and covering, with these we shall be content.For we brought nothing into the world, and we can take nothing out of it. But if we have food and clothing, we will be content with that.
Take care that no one deceives himself. If anyone among you thinks that he is wise in this age, he must become foolish, so that he may become wise.Do not deceive yourselves. If any of you think you are wise by the standards of this age, you should become “fools” so that you may become wise.
As he came naked from his mother’s womb, so he will return as he came. My feet have closely followed his steps; I have kept to his way without turning aside.
How great is Your goodness, Which You have stored up for those who fear You, Which You have performed for those who take refuge in You, Before the sons of mankind!How abundant are the good things that you have stored up for those who fear you, that you bestow in the sight of all, on those who take refuge in you.
Then the Lord God said, “Behold, the man has become like one of Us, knowing good and evil; and now, he might reach out with his hand, and take fruit also from the tree of life, and eat, and live forever”— therefore the Lord God sent him out of the Garden of Eden, to cultivate the ground from which he was taken.And the Lord God said, “The man has now become like one of us, knowing good and evil. He must not be allowed to reach out his hand and take also from the tree of life and eat, and live forever.” So the Lord God banished him from the Garden of Eden to work the ground from which he had been taken.

And when He had taken some bread and given thanks, He broke it and gave it to them, saying, “This is My body, which is being given for you; do this in remembrance of Me.”And he took bread, gave thanks and broke it, and gave it to them, saying, “This is my body given for you; do this in remembrance of me.”
