| Lord, we show our trust in you by obeying your laws; our heart’s desire is to glorify your name. | In the path of your judgments, O Lord, we wait for you; your name and remembrance are the desire of our soul. |

| May he grant your heart’s desires and make all your plans succeed. | May he grant you your heart's desire and fulfill all your plans! |
| But as for me, I will sing about your power. Each morning I will sing with joy about your unfailing love. For you have been my refuge, a place of safety when I am in distress. | But I will sing of your strength; I will sing aloud of your steadfast love in the morning. For you have been to me a fortress and a refuge in the day of my distress. |
| Trust in the Lord with all your heart; do not depend on your own understanding. Seek his will in all you do, and he will show you which path to take. | Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. | Those who love your instructions have great peace and do not stumble. | Great peace have those who love your law; nothing can make them stumble. |
| Guard your heart above all else, for it determines the course of your life. | Keep your heart with all vigilance, for from it flow the springs of life. |
