Stay on the path that the Lord your God has commanded you to follow. Now may the God of peace— who brought up from the dead our Lord Jesus, the great Shepherd of the sheep, and ratified an eternal covenant with his blood— may he equip you with all you need for doing his will. May he produce in you, through the power of Jesus Christ, every good thing that is pleasing to him. All glory to him forever and ever! Amen. | Now may the God of peace who brought again from the dead our Lord Jesus, the great shepherd of the sheep, by the blood of the eternal covenant, equip you with everything good that you may do his will, working in us that which is pleasing in his sight, through Jesus Christ, to whom be glory forever and ever. Amen. |
I will hurry, without delay, to obey your commands. | I hasten and do not delay to keep your commandments. |
When you produce much fruit, you are my true disciples. This brings great glory to my Father. | By this my Father is glorified, that you bear much fruit and so prove to be my disciples. |
