- Make me to know your ways, O Lord;
teach me your paths. - Make your face shine on your servant;
save me in your steadfast love! - Honor your father and your mother, that your days may be long in the land that the Lord your God is giving you.
- Go, eat your bread with joy, and drink your wine with a merry heart, for God has already approved what you do.
- And he answered, “You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength and with all your mind, and your neighbor as yourself.”
- Teach me your way, O Lord,
that I may walk in your truth;
unite my heart to fear your name. - And he said to him, “You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.”
- And you shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength.
- Keep your tongue from evil
and your lips from speaking deceit. - Not to us, O Lord, not to us, but to your name give glory,
for the sake of your steadfast love and your faithfulness! - Deep calls to deep
at the roar of your waterfalls;
all your breakers and your waves
have gone over me. - I delight to do your will, O my God;
your law is within my heart. - Observe the Sabbath day, to keep it holy, as the Lord your God commanded you. Six days you shall labor and do all your work, but the seventh day is a Sabbath to the Lord your God. On it you shall not do any work, you or your son or your daughter or your male servant or your female servant, or your ox or your donkey or any of your livestock, or the sojourner who is within your gates, that your male servant and your female servant may rest as well as you.
- Ponder the path of your feet;
then all your ways will be sure. - Salvation belongs to the Lord;
your blessing be on your people! Selah - My mouth is filled with your praise,
and with your glory all the day. - For your steadfast love is great to the heavens,
your faithfulness to the clouds. - Commit your work to the Lord,
and your plans will be established. - As for you, O Lord, you will not restrain your mercy from me;
your steadfast love and your faithfulness will ever preserve me! - My son, keep your father's commandment,
and forsake not your mother's teaching. - But when you pray, go into your room and shut the door and pray to your Father who is in secret. And your Father who sees in secret will reward you.
- But from there you will seek the Lord your God and you will find him, if you search after him with all your heart and with all your soul.
- For I, the Lord your God,
hold your right hand;
it is I who say to you, “Fear not,
I am the one who helps you.” - And now, Israel, what does the Lord your God require of you, but to fear the Lord your God, to walk in all his ways, to love him, to serve the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul, and to keep the commandments and statutes of the Lord, which I am commanding you today for your good?
- Remember the Sabbath day, to keep it holy. Six days you shall labor, and do all your work, but the seventh day is a Sabbath to the Lord your God. On it you shall not do any work, you, or your son, or your daughter, your male servant, or your female servant, or your livestock, or the sojourner who is within your gates. For in six days the Lord made heaven and earth, the sea, and all that is in them, and rested on the seventh day. Therefore the Lord blessed the Sabbath day and made it holy.
The sum of your word is truth,
and every one of your righteous rules endures forever.The Lord our God be with us, as he was with our fathers. May he not leave us or forsake us. Though you have not seen him, you love him. Though you do not now see him, you believe in him and rejoice with joy that is inexpressible and filled with glory, obtaining the outcome of your faith, the salvation of your souls.Next verse!With image
