  • Because, if you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.
  • Without counsel plans fail,
    but with many advisers they succeed.
  • Likewise the Spirit helps us in our weakness. For we do not know what to pray for as we ought, but the Spirit himself intercedes for us with groanings too deep for words.

And when you pray, do not heap up empty phrases as the Gentiles do, for they think that they will be heard for their many words.
