Fearing people is a dangerous trap, but trusting the Lord means safety. Proverbs 29:25	The fear of man proves to be a snare, but whoever puts his trust in Yahweh is kept safe. trust fear
But those who trust in the Lord will find new strength. They will soar high on wings like eagles. They will run and not grow weary. They will walk and not faint. Isaiah 40:31	But those who wait for Yahweh will renew their strength. They will mount up with wings like eagles. They will run, and not be weary. They will walk, and not faint. hope encouragement strength

The Lord is my strength and shield. I trust him with all my heart. He helps me, and my heart is filled with joy. I burst out in songs of thanksgiving. Psalm 28:7	Yahweh is my strength and my shield. My heart has trusted in him, and I am helped. Therefore my heart greatly rejoices. With my song I will thank him. trust worship strength
Those who listen to instruction will prosper; those who trust the Lord will be joyful. Proverbs 16:20	He who heeds the Word finds prosperity. Whoever trusts in Yahweh is blessed. trust blessing listening
But the Lord will redeem those who serve him. No one who takes refuge in him will be condemned. Psalm 34:22	Yahweh redeems the soul of his servants. None of those who take refuge in him shall be condemned. salvation life protection
God’s way is perfect. All the Lord’s promises prove true. He is a shield for all who look to him for protection. Psalm 18:30	As for God, his way is perfect. Yahweh’s word is tried. He is a shield to all those who take refuge in him. blameless Word of God protection

But those who do what is right come to the light so others can see that they are doing what God wants. John 3:21	But he who does the truth comes to the light, that his works may be revealed, that they have been done in God. light truth obedience
My victory and honor come from God alone. He is my refuge, a rock where no enemy can reach me. Psalm 62:7	My salvation and my honor is with God. The rock of my strength, and my refuge, is in God. trust God salvation

I pray that from his glorious, unlimited resources he will empower you with inner strength through his Spirit. Then Christ will make his home in your hearts as you trust in him. Your roots will grow down into God’s love and keep you strong. How great is the goodness you have stored up for those who fear you. You lavish it on those who come to you for protection, blessing them before the watching world. For the word of the Lord holds true, and we can trust everything he does. Psalm 33:4	For Yahweh’s word is right. All his work is done in faithfulness. reliability Word of God truth
But the Lord watches over those who fear him, those who rely on his unfailing love. Psalm 33:18	Behold, Yahweh’s eye is on those who fear him, on those who hope in his loving kindness. reliability God awe
Therefore, since we have been made right in God’s sight by faith, we have peace with God because of what Jesus Christ our Lord has done for us. Romans 5:1	Being therefore justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ. faith righteousness peace

I love you, Lord; you are my strength. The Lord is my rock, my fortress, and my savior; my God is my rock, in whom I find protection. He is my shield, the power that saves me, and my place of safety. Don’t wear yourself out trying to get rich. Be wise enough to know when to quit. Proverbs 23:4	Don’t weary yourself to be rich. In your wisdom, show restraint. money greed planning
But when you ask him, be sure that your faith is in God alone. Do not waver, for a person with divided loyalty is as unsettled as a wave of the sea that is blown and tossed by the wind. James 1:6	But let him ask in faith, without any doubting, for he who doubts is like a wave of the sea, driven by the wind and tossed. trust faith prayer
So let us stop going over the basic teachings about Christ again and again. Let us go on instead and become mature in our understanding. Surely we don’t need to start again with the fundamental importance of repenting from evil deeds and placing our faith in God. You don’t need further instruction about baptisms, the laying on of hands, the resurrection of the dead, and eternal judgment. Hebrews 6:1-2	Therefore leaving the teaching of the first principles of Christ, let’s press on to perfection—not laying again a foundation of repentance from dead works, of faith toward God, of the teaching of baptisms, of laying on of hands, of resurrection of the dead, and of eternal judgment. conversion faith baptism
As for me, I look to the Lord for help. I wait confidently for God to save me, and my God will certainly hear me. Micah 7:7	But as for me, I will look to Yahweh. I will wait for the God of my salvation. My God will hear me. hope salvation listening
Dear friends, do not believe everyone who claims to speak by the Spirit. You must test them to see if the spirit they have comes from God. For there are many false prophets in the world. 1 John 4:1	Beloved, don’t believe every spirit, but test the spirits, whether they are of God, because many false prophets have gone out into the world. trust Spirit prophecy
He will cover you with his feathers. He will shelter you with his wings. His faithful promises are your armor and protection. Psalm 91:4	He will cover you with his feathers. Under his wings you will take refuge. His faithfulness is your shield and rampart. protection reliability safety

You love him even though you have never seen him. Though you do not see him now, you trust him; and you rejoice with a glorious, inexpressible joy. The reward for trusting him will be the salvation of your souls.

Whom, not having known, you love. In him, though now you don’t see him, yet believing, you rejoice greatly with joy that is unspeakable and full of glory, receiving the result of your faith, the salvation of your souls.
