So then the Lord, after he had spoken to them, was received up into heaven and sat down at the right hand of God.So then the Lord Jesus, after he had spoken to them, was taken up into heaven and sat down at the right hand of God.
I will make them and the places around my hill a blessing. I will cause the shower to come down in its season. There will be showers of blessing.I will make them and the region around my hill a blessing; and I will send down the showers in their season; they shall be showers of blessing.
But let justice roll on like rivers, and righteousness like a mighty stream.But let justice roll down like waters, and righteousness like an ever-flowing stream.

Yahweh, you have searched me, and you know me. You know my sitting down and my rising up. You perceive my thoughts from afar.O Lord, you have searched me and known me. You know when I sit down and when I rise up; you discern my thoughts from far away.
Whom, not having known, you love. In him, though now you don’t see him, yet believing, you rejoice greatly with joy that is unspeakable and full of glory, receiving the result of your faith, the salvation of your souls.Although you have not seen him, you love him; and even though you do not see him now, you believe in him and rejoice with an indescribable and glorious joy, for you are receiving the outcome of your faith, the salvation of your souls.
Yahweh preserves the foreigners. He upholds the fatherless and widow, but he turns the way of the wicked upside down.The Lord watches over the strangers; he upholds the orphan and the widow, but the way of the wicked he brings to ruin.
And if we know that he listens to us, whatever we ask, we know that we have the petitions which we have asked of him.And if we know that he hears us in whatever we ask, we know that we have obtained the requests made of him.
Nevertheless in your manifold mercies you didn’t make a full end of them, nor forsake them; for you are a gracious and merciful God.Nevertheless, in your great mercies you did not make an end of them or forsake them, for you are a gracious and merciful God.
These words, which I command you today, shall be on your heart; and you shall teach them diligently to your children, and shall talk of them when you sit in your house, and when you walk by the way, and when you lie down, and when you rise up.Keep these words that I am commanding you today in your heart. Recite them to your children and talk about them when you are at home and when you are away, when you lie down and when you rise.
For in him all the fullness of the Deity dwells bodily, and in him you are made full, who is the head of all principality and power.For in him the whole fullness of deity dwells bodily, and you have come to fullness in him, who is the head of every ruler and authority.
His Son is the radiance of his glory, the very image of his substance, and upholding all things by the word of his power, who, when he had by himself purified us of our sins, sat down on the right hand of the Majesty on high.He is the reflection of God's glory and the exact imprint of God's very being, and he sustains all things by his powerful word. When he had made purification for sins, he sat down at the right hand of the Majesty on high.
But if we hope for that which we don’t see, we wait for it with patience.But if we hope for what we do not see, we wait for it with patience.
“Bring the whole tithe into the storehouse, that there may be food in my house, and test me now in this,” says Yahweh of Armies, “if I will not open you the windows of heaven, and pour you out a blessing, that there will not be enough room for.”Bring the full tithe into the storehouse, so that there may be food in my house, and thus put me to the test, says the Lord of hosts; see if I will not open the windows of heaven for you and pour down for you an overflowing blessing.

Surely he has borne our sickness and carried our suffering; yet we considered him plagued, struck by God, and afflicted.Surely he has borne our infirmities and carried our diseases; yet we accounted him stricken, struck down by God, and afflicted.
If we say that we have fellowship with him and walk in the darkness, we lie and don’t tell the truth.If we say that we have fellowship with him while we are walking in darkness, we lie and do not do what is true.
I know how to be humbled, and I also know how to abound. In any and all circumstances I have learned the secret both to be filled and to be hungry, both to abound and to be in need.I know what it is to have little, and I know what it is to have plenty. In any and all circumstances I have learned the secret of being well-fed and of going hungry, of having plenty and of being in need.
Why are you in despair, my soul? Why are you disturbed within me? Hope in God! For I shall still praise him, the saving help of my countenance, and my God.Why are you cast down, O my soul, and why are you disquieted within me? Hope in God; for I shall again praise him, my help and my God.
I ate no pleasant food. No meat or wine came into my mouth. I didn’t anoint myself at all, until three whole weeks were fulfilled.I had eaten no rich food, no meat or wine had entered my mouth, and I had not anointed myself at all, for the full three weeks.
What shall we say then? Shall we continue in sin, that grace may abound? May it never be! We who died to sin, how could we live in it any longer?What then are we to say? Should we continue in sin in order that grace may abound? By no means! How can we who died to sin go on living in it?
Rejoice in the Lord always! Again I will say, “Rejoice!”Rejoice in the Lord always; again I will say, Rejoice.
For though we walk in the flesh, we don’t wage war according to the flesh.Indeed, we live as human beings, but we do not wage war according to human standards.
This saying is trustworthy: “For if we died with him, we will also live with him.”The saying is sure: If we have died with him, we will also live with him.
No one has seen God at any time. If we love one another, God remains in us, and his love has been perfected in us.No one has ever seen God; if we love one another, God lives in us, and his love is perfected in us.

For we brought nothing into the world, and we certainly can’t carry anything out. But having food and clothing, we will be content with that.For we brought nothing into the world, so that we can take nothing out of it; but if we have food and clothing, we will be content with these.
