“What do you mean, ‘If I can’?” Jesus asked. “Anything is possible if a person believes.”And Jesus said to him, “‘If you can’! All things are possible for one who believes.”
All Scripture is inspired by God and is useful to teach us what is true and to make us realize what is wrong in our lives. It corrects us when we are wrong and teaches us to do what is right. God uses it to prepare and equip his people to do every good work.All Scripture is breathed out by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for training in righteousness, that the man of God may be complete, equipped for every good work.
Oh, what joy for those whose disobedience is forgiven, whose sin is put out of sight!Blessed is the one whose transgression is forgiven, whose sin is covered.
Yet what we suffer now is nothing compared to the glory he will reveal to us later.For I consider that the sufferings of this present time are not worth comparing with the glory that is to be revealed to us.
I am coming soon. Hold on to what you have, so that no one will take away your crown.I am coming soon. Hold fast what you have, so that no one may seize your crown.
Faith shows the reality of what we hope for; it is the evidence of things we cannot see.Now faith is the assurance of things hoped for, the conviction of things not seen.
A good person produces good things from the treasury of a good heart, and an evil person produces evil things from the treasury of an evil heart. What you say flows from what is in your heart.The good person out of the good treasure of his heart produces good, and the evil person out of his evil treasure produces evil, for out of the abundance of the heart his mouth speaks.
And this is what God has testified: He has given us eternal life, and this life is in his Son.And this is the testimony, that God gave us eternal life, and this life is in his Son.
Then you will understand what is right, just, and fair, and you will find the right way to go.Then you will understand righteousness and justice and equity, every good path.
What joy for the nation whose God is the Lord, whose people he has chosen as his inheritance.Blessed is the nation whose God is the Lord, the people whom he has chosen as his heritage!
Unfailing love, O Lord, is yours. Surely you repay all people according to what they have done.And that to you, O Lord, belongs steadfast love. For you will render to a man according to his work.
Give thanks to the Lord and proclaim his greatness. Let the whole world know what he has done.Oh give thanks to the Lord; call upon his name; make known his deeds among the peoples!
I never shrank back from telling you what you needed to hear, either publicly or in your homes.How I did not shrink from declaring to you anything that was profitable, and teaching you in public and from house to house.
The Lord is more pleased when we do what is right and just than when we offer him sacrifices.To do righteousness and justice is more acceptable to the Lord than sacrifice.
What are mere mortals that you should think about them, human beings that you should care for them?What is man that you are mindful of him, and the son of man that you care for him?
The father of godly children has cause for joy. What a pleasure to have children who are wise.The father of the righteous will greatly rejoice; he who fathers a wise son will be glad in him.
O Lord, I have come to you for protection; don’t let me be disgraced. Save me, for you do what is right.In you, O Lord, do I take refuge; let me never be put to shame; in your righteousness deliver me!
What shall we say about such wonderful things as these? If God is for us, who can ever be against us?What then shall we say to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us?
Those who believed what Peter said were baptized and added to the church that day—about 3,000 in all.So those who received his word were baptized, and there were added that day about three thousand souls.
But don’t just listen to God’s word. You must do what it says. Otherwise, you are only fooling yourselves.But be doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving yourselves.
But test everything that is said. Hold on to what is good. Stay away from every kind of evil.But test everything; hold fast what is good. Abstain from every form of evil.
So I say, let the Holy Spirit guide your lives. Then you won’t be doing what your sinful nature craves.But I say, walk by the Spirit, and you will not gratify the desires of the flesh.
So we can say with confidence, “The Lord is my helper, so I will have no fear. What can mere people do to me?”So we can confidently say, “The Lord is my helper; I will not fear; what can man do to me?”
What are you waiting for? Get up and be baptized. Have your sins washed away by calling on the name of the Lord.And now why do you wait? Rise and be baptized and wash away your sins, calling on his name.
But when Jesus heard what had happened, he said to Jairus, “Don’t be afraid. Just have faith, and she will be healed.”But Jesus on hearing this answered him, “Do not fear; only believe, and she will be well.”

He reveals deep and mysterious things and knows what lies hidden in darkness, though he is surrounded by light.He reveals deep and hidden things; he knows what is in the darkness, and the light dwells with him.
