For in Christ Jesus neither circumcision nor uncircumcision means anything, but faith working through love.For in Christ Jesus neither circumcision nor uncircumcision has any value. The only thing that counts is faith expressing itself through love.
But Jesus was saying, “Father, forgive them; for they do not know what they are doing.” And they cast lots, dividing His garments among themselves.Jesus said, “Father, forgive them, for they do not know what they are doing.” And they divided up his clothes by casting lots.
For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand so that we would walk in them.For we are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.
But when Jesus heard this, He said, “It is not those who are healthy who need a physician, but those who are sick.”On hearing this, Jesus said, “It is not the healthy who need a doctor, but the sick.”
Jesus was going about in all of Galilee, teaching in their synagogues and proclaiming the gospel of the kingdom, and healing every disease and every sickness among the people.Jesus went throughout Galilee, teaching in their synagogues, proclaiming the good news of the kingdom, and healing every disease and sickness among the people.
Looking only at Jesus, the originator and perfecter of the faith, who for the joy set before Him endured the cross, despising the shame, and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.Fixing our eyes on Jesus, the pioneer and perfecter of faith. That if you confess with your mouth Jesus as Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved.If you declare with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.
