“If you will not listen, and if you will not take it to heart, to give glory to my name,” says Yahweh of Armies, “then I will send the curse on you, and I will curse your blessings. Yes, I have already cursed them, because you have not resolved to honor me.” |
Watch yourselves, that we don’t lose the things which we have accomplished, but that we receive a full reward. | Watch out that you do not lose what we have worked for, but that you may be rewarded fully. |

In praying, don’t use vain repetitions as the Gentiles do; for they think that they will be heard for their much speaking. | And when you pray, do not keep on babbling like pagans, for they think they will be heard because of their many words. |
Why do you see the speck that is in your brother’s eye, but don’t consider the beam that is in your own eye? | Why do you look at the speck of sawdust in your brother’s eye and pay no attention to the plank in your own eye? |
