The Lord is good and does what is right; he shows the proper path to those who go astray. He leads the humble in doing right, teaching them his way. There is no judgment against anyone who believes in him. But anyone who does not believe in him has already been judged for not believing in God’s one and only Son. Work hard so you can present yourself to God and receive his approval. Love is patient and kind. Love is not jealous or boastful or proud or rude. It does not demand its own way.
