One who forgives an affront fosters friendship, but one who dwells on disputes will alienate a friend.He who covers a transgression seeks love, But he who repeats a matter separates friends.

Then I acknowledged my sin to you, and I did not hide my iniquity; I said, “I will confess my transgressions to the Lord,” and you forgave the guilt of my sin. SelahI acknowledged my sin to You, And my iniquity I have not hidden. I said, “I will confess my transgressions to the Lord,” And You forgave the iniquity of my sin. Selah
And forgive us our debts, as we also have forgiven our debtors.And forgive us our debts, As we forgive our debtors.
Rend your hearts and not your clothing. Return to the Lord, your God, for he is gracious and merciful, slow to anger, and abounding in steadfast love, and relents from punishing.So rend your heart, and not your garments; Return to the Lord your God, For He is gracious and merciful, Slow to anger, and of great kindness; And He relents from doing harm.

Repent therefore, and turn to God so that your sins may be wiped out.Repent therefore and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, so that times of refreshing may come from the presence of the Lord.
