The seed that fell among the thorns represents those who hear God’s word, but all too quickly the message is crowded out by the worries of this life and the lure of wealth, so no fruit is produced. The godly are showered with blessings; the words of the wicked conceal violent intentions. Proverbs 10:6	Blessings are showered on the head of the righteous, but sorrow will cover the face of the wicked. righteousness speaking blessing
But the wisdom from above is first of all pure. It is also peace loving, gentle at all times, and willing to yield to others. It is full of mercy and the fruit of good deeds. It shows no favoritism and is always sincere. Fear of the Lord is the foundation of wisdom. Knowledge of the Holy One results in good judgment. Proverbs 9:10	The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom, and knowledge of the Holy One is understanding. awe wisdom holiness

But consider the joy of those corrected by God! Do not despise the discipline of the Almighty when you sin. Job 5:17	Blessed is the man whom God reproves. Therefore, do not reject the discipline of the Almighty. punishment suffering blessing
And the Holy Spirit helps us in our weakness. For example, we don’t know what God wants us to pray for. But the Holy Spirit prays for us with groanings that cannot be expressed in words. Romans 8:26	In the same way, even the Spirit helps us in our weakness. For we do not know how to pray as we should, but the Spirit himself intercedes for us with sighs that cannot be put into words. speaking Spirit prayer

So you have not received a spirit that makes you fearful slaves. Instead, you received God’s Spirit when he adopted you as his own children. Now we call him, “Abba, Father.”

For you did not receive a spirit of slavery leading to fear; rather, you received the Spirit of adoption, enabling us to cry out, “Abba! Father!”
