I love the Lord because he has heard my voice and listened to my cry for mercy, because he has inclined his ear to me on the day when I called out to him.I love the Lord, because he has heard my voice and my supplications. And yet he is aware of everywhere I go; if he were to test me, I would emerge like pure gold. Therefore, we fasted and prayed to God to grant us a safe journey, and he answered our prayer.So we fasted and petitioned our God for this, and he listened to our entreaty.
But I know that my Redeemer lives, and that at the end he will stand upon the dust.For I know that my Redeemer lives, and that at the last he will stand upon the earth.
